Most all-inclusive packages in Atlanta bundle venue rental, catering, tables and chairs, basic linens, and day-of coordination into one price. Many also include bar service, which typically runs around $3,100 for 100 guests when booked separately. However, you'll usually need to budget separately for florists (around $6,300), photography (around $2,800), and videography (around $2,700). Some upscale venues in Buckhead include upgraded amenities like luxury furniture, elaborate lighting, or preferred vendor lists, while more industrial spaces near the BeltLine may offer a blank canvas for DIY decor. Always clarify what's included in your package—especially for outdoor spaces that might require additional rentals for Atlanta's unpredictable spring and summer weather. Indoor backup plans are essential if your venue has garden ceremony sites, particularly from June through September when afternoon thunderstorms are common.
All-inclusive wedding packages bundle your ceremony and reception space with essential services, though what's "included" varies significantly by venue. Most packages cover tables, chairs, linens, dinnerware, and basic setup and breakdown. Many also include catering with plated meals or buffet service, a wedding coordinator, and bar service (sometimes limited to beer and wine).
Some venues sweeten the deal with complimentary cake cutting, centerpieces, a bridal suite, or even a honeymoon suite for your wedding night. Higher-end packages might include DJ services, photography hours, or floral arrangements. According to Zola marketplace data across 215 all-inclusive venues, the median starting price is around $6,000—about 50% higher than traditional venue-only pricing—but you're paying for convenience and often getting better value when you add up individual vendor costs. Always request an itemized list of inclusions, since one venue's "all-inclusive" might be another's basic tier.
