The Fairway Event and Banquet Center has a long history of hosting fun and elegant events. Formerly operated as Deer Run Golf Club, the banquet center is a familiar and beloved destination in Kent County. We’re happy to say that we’ve taken the best of what was at the facility before and combined it with our own new and exciting changes for an even better event experience! With a variety of new menu and bar options, along with gorgeous new improvements to to the facility, we know you’ll love having your wedding or event at The Fairway! Basic pricing: $3,200 for Saturday, $2,900 for Friday, and $4,200 for Friday & Saturday rental. We have 2 barns, one for the ceremony and the other for receptions. On-site bathrooms, dressing rooms, firepit area as well as an outside bar. All tables and chairs are provided as well as wood high back chairs for head table. We also offer many rental items for decoration, centerpieces etc. We are not vendor picky, you pick all of your own vendors. We do require a licensed bartender to serve all alcohol and we also require a one day special event insurance. 130 person capacity. We do require a 25% deposit to book your date the remainder is structured on a payment plan.
