Hey, I'm Bree! Owner of Breezy Sips, a woman-owned, licensed and insured mobile bartending business serving Knoxville, the Smoky Mountains, and East Tennessee. Weddings are my favorite thing to bartend. I started Breezy Sips after tearing up during the first dances at a wedding I was catering, and I knew I wanted to be part of moments like that. I'm culinary school trained with over a decade in food and beverage, and I bring skill and a lot of heart to every bar. My service is dry hire: you provide the alcohol, and I handle the rest, with a custom drink menu built around your day, including signature drinks and mocktails everyone can enjoy.

No, I'm a dry-hire service. You provide the alcohol, and I bring the bartender, the bar setup, and a drink menu built around your day. Mixers, ice, and wine and champagne service are available as add-ons if you'd like me to handle those too.
Package includes up to 5 hours, a bartender, setup, garnishes, cups, coolers, and prep calls. Add-ons include extra hours, mixers, ice, wine service, and champagne toasts, and more.
It depends on your guest count, venue, and how many drinks you're serving. As a general guide, I plan about one bartender per 60 guests, and I'll recommend what makes sense for your day.
I'm based in Knoxville and serve the Smoky Mountains and all of East Tennessee. Travel is included for the first 50 miles, and I'm happy to travel farther for a small travel fee.
Yes, I'm TABC licensed, and Breezy Sips carries liability insurance. I'm happy to send a certificate of insurance for your venue or planner.
Absolutely, it's one of my favorite parts! I love creating a signature drink for a couple, plus mocktails that are easy to spike for guests who want alcohol. Just tell me your tastes and any drinks you love.
A covered area for the bar if you're outdoors, enough lighting to work safely, a level spot near your guests, and a place for trash bags at the end of the night. Since I take my coolers with me, I'll also need a fridge or cooler for any leftover alcohol. I can offer a pop-up tent as an add-on if you don't have cover.
