I’m Lauren, and i’m a wedding, couples, and family photographer based in Connecticut. My style blends natural candor, a touch of fine art, and posing when needed. I focus on capturing genuine expressions and interactions. My work balances color and black-and-white images, enveloped in a soft, warm aesthetic that highlights intimacy and real connection. I look forward to capturing your moments and celebrating your stories through my lens.

I earned my BFA in Photography from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, where I developed both a strong technical foundation and a distinctive artistic vision. My education has given me the skills and confidence to capture moments in a way that feels both authentic and beautifully composed.     Gorgeous photos and incredible to work with

    From the moment I saw Lauren’s work, I knew she was the photographer I wanted for my wedding, and I truly could not be happier with that decision! Lauren photographed both our engagement session and our wedding, and the photos from both are absolutely stunning. Her style is everything I could have hoped for: soft, warm, and dreamy, capturing our special moments in the most beautiful way. Beyond her incredible talent, Lauren is an absolute pleasure to work with. She was always quick to respond to emails, happy to answer all of our questions, and so helpful when it came to putting together our wedding timeline and shot list. She made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. On the wedding day, Lauren was so friendly and personable that she felt like part of the wedding party. She made us feel completely comfortable, and being in front of the camera felt so natural because of that. I’ve never considered myself photogenic, so I was honestly nervous about how our photos would turn out, but I could not be happier with the results. She captured so many beautiful moments, and I will treasure these photos for the rest of my life. If you’re looking for a photographer who is not only incredibly talented but also kind, professional, and genuinely wonderful to work with, I cannot recommend Lauren enough.     Truly great experience!

    We were excited to work with Lauren because we felt like she really understood our vision of the day. We prioritized candid shots over posed pictures, with a few inspo pics to try and she nailed exactly what we were looking for. Lauren got all the important family photos done quickly and efficiently, then used the downtime while the bridal party was finishing up to capture natural moments before the ceremony. Lauren is fun, she knew when to direct us and when to step back, keeping everything professional and helping us feel very relaxed. Her communication before the wedding was clear and direct, which made planning easy and kept us confident in having her as a partner. We'd recommend her to any couple who wants a photographer that listens and delivers. 3

    Stunning Photos & an Amazing Experience

    We couldn't be happier with our wedding photos! Every single picture came out absolutely perfect. She truly captured everything we hoped for. From the sweet, romantic moments between my husband and me to the incredible energy and fun of our celebration with family and friends.     Engagement Sessions & Wedding Photos

    We had the best experience working with Lauren for our engagement and wedding photos! Lauren was great in helping us choose a location for our engagement pictures and working with her felt really easy. Every person who sees our engagement or wedding pictures raves about how great they came out (we agree). Depending on the size of your wedding, I’ll bring one or more assistant photographers.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness, as well as light skin retouching, to ensure they look beautiful.
You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible.
Typically, couples book me about 6-12 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame because things do open up!
I like to send out a sneak peak within one week of your wedding, and you can expect your full gallery within 3 weeks!
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
In my years of experience as a photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
