The Polished Partner | Partial Planning You’ve started planning—let us help bring it all together. The Polished Partner provides professional guidance wherever you are in the planning process, with vendor support, contract review, venue visits, timeline creation, and coordination. We’ll fill in the gaps, refine the details, and help turn your plans into one beautifully polished celebration.

The Essential Spark | Day of Coordination You’ve planned the details—now enjoy them! Beginning 4 weeks before your celebration, we step in to review your plans, create your master timeline, coordinate vendors, and manage up to 8 hours on-site. You bring the vision; we’ll handle the final grit so you can enjoy every bit of the glamour.

The Intimate Spark | Elopements & Microweddings Intimate celebrations deserve beautiful execution, too. Designed for elopements and microweddings, this offering provides professional onsite and vendor management for your special day.     Absolute BEST experience!!!

    We had the absolute BEST experience with Grit & Glamour Events for our baby shower and gender reveal! I honestly could not have been happier with how everything turned out. Maysa and Brianna truly brought our vision to life! The attention to detail was amazing. From the classy setup and beautiful decorations to the stunning food displays and thoughtful touches throughout the event, everything was elegant and perfectly coordinated. You could tell so much time and care went into creating such a beautiful experience for us and our guests. Maysa and Brianna were also such a pleasure to work with. They were knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and made the entire planning process feel easy and stress-free. Their expertise really showed from start to finish. Our baby shower and gender reveal turned out even better than I imagined, and we received so many compliments from our guests!     Bridal Shower Bliss!!!

    We had previously worked with Grit & Glamour for our baby shower, I had a vision and had all the materials but ended up just way too pregnant to execute. Maysa showed up and showed out! She was able to put everything together beautifully!!! So it was a no brainer to have her and Briana help with the bridal shower. I wanted to be completely surprised. The only thing I was involved with was the theme, they handled everything else. From ideas on what to order to sourcing them to organizing all the links of the products, to then arriving early to set up. They really know what they are doing. If you want to be hands on great they will collaborate if you want to be hands off you really are in very good hands. They are sweet, understanding, work with budgets and I swear find the most unique items EVEN if it’s last minute. Okay I’m done rambling I just can’t recommend them enough!

    The Most Perfect Baby Shower

    Working with Grit & Glamour Events was a game changer for our "A Wild One is On The Way" baby shower. From our first conversation through the final moments, they were responsive, accessible, and genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life. We wanted the celebration to feel whimsical and nostalgic, we wanted our guests to feel like kids again, but still sophisticated, and they nailed it! Every single detail showed how thoughtfully they approached our day, from the decor to the flow of events. They anticipated our needs before we even asked and went out of their way to make sure everything ran smoothly. It felt like my input and vision was truly understood and they took care of my event like it was their own. I think about this event everyday and am so so so glad I went with Grit & Glamour! I will be hiring them again!

Yes! We love helping bring your vision to life, whether that's for large weddings or intimate bridal showers. We also offer hotel setup services so your party can start right when you get to your rental.
At Grit & Glamour Events, we pride ourselves on our standard offering of two coordinators at every event. Having two sets of hands (and eyes!) on-site means we can be in multiple places at once — managing vendors, keeping the timeline on track, and handling any surprises — so you and your guests can simply enjoy the day. You'll always know exactly who's leading your event and can expect seamless communication and support from our full team throughout the planning process and on the big day itself.
Yes, we may take on multiple weddings throughout the same weekend, but we do not book multiple weddings on the same day. We believe every couple deserves our full attention on their wedding day, so we intentionally limit our schedule to one wedding per day. This allows our team to be fully present, focused, and dedicated to making your celebration as seamless and stress-free as possible.
