Amazing venue and staff

This venue is absolutely timeless. Save your money because the main house doesn't even need florals to look gorgeous. The bride's getting-ready room was bright and spacious, perfect for photos with your girls. The groom's room was uniquely fun, with a beautiful additional space where the groomsmen to hang out. The staff was kind and professional, answering my many questions in a timely manner. Absolutely use Nicole as your day-of coordinator!!!

The Carolina Manor House was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the very beginning, their communication was prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful as we planned our special day. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful - clean, open, and with a warm, homey feel that made all of our guests feel right at home. On the day of the wedding, the staff was incredibly attentive, quick to problem-solve any small issues that came up, and went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect. I really enjoyed my time at the manor and would highly recommend it to any couple looking for a stunning, welcoming wedding venue.

Stunning Spaces

The grounds are immaculately kept, and the grand Hall is stunning. I hosted a bridal shower here but always recommend this spot for weddings. The staff is super helpful too.

We had our wedding in May 2026. We had such a wonderful experience with this venue from start to finish! I worked with Bella through the venue and Nicole with Southern Oak Events and they worked so well together throughout the day and leading up to the wedding. Everyone was incredibly accommodating and helped make everything run smoothly. One of the things I loved was how much space we had for everyone to get ready. We purchased additional time so we could use the bridal suites throughout the day and Jessica arrived early to let us in. Upstairs, there was a full hair and makeup room with a large counter space and mirrors as well as a separate, spacious bridal suite with closets and a full bathroom. The guys also had two separate spaces including a game room on the third floor and another getting-ready room on the second floor. The staff was great about keeping both sides separated before the ceremony, even blocking off areas when needed so no one accidentally crossed paths. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and there are so many different options for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Having a good rain plan was extremely important to me when choosing a venue because several other places we toured didn’t have great alternatives if the weather didn’t cooperate. Here, I knew our ceremony could easily be moved into the reception hall if needed, while cocktail hour could still take place inside and outside the manor house. Having all of those options gave me so much peace of mind leading up to the wedding. Of course, it ended up raining on our wedding day! Thankfully, it stopped about an hour before the ceremony and I actually saw the staff outside hand-drying every single chair so we could still have the ceremony we had planned. I also wanted a ceremony setup that had never been done at the venue before. A semicircle of chairs around the circular grass area in front, with the bridal party walking from the Manor house down the aisle into the circle. They were completely willing to work with my vision and helped make it happen exactly how I had pictured it. Our cocktail hour included access to both the indoor or outdoor bar areas giving guests the option to enjoy drinks in either space. We chose to stick with the indoor bar incase of rain, but guests were allowed to use both areas. They had several drink packages to choose from and our guests thoroughly enjoyed the drinks and the bar throughout the evening. For the reception, the indoor bar in the hall was available for guests. The reception hall itself is large and beautiful with chandeliers and really doesn’t need much decorating to make it feel special. The venue staff handled the tables and chairs, which was another huge help. There is also a large back porch and plenty of outdoor space, and our guests loved being able to step outside and sit around the fire pit. Parking was very easy for our guests. The venue has a huge parking lot and we had around 120 guests with plenty of room for everyone to park. There are also four tree houses on the property that sleep four people each. Some of our guests rented them for the night and said they were awesome! They really enjoyed being able to stay right on the property. Overall, I would highly recommend this venue. Between the beautiful grounds and reception hall, spacious getting-ready areas, multiple options for each part of the day, great rain-plan alternatives, and accommodating staff, it really has everything you could want in a wedding venue. We are so happy we chose it for our wedding!

We truly could not have chosen a more perfect venue for our wedding! The Carolina Manor House is absolutely STUNNING, and somehow it was even more beautiful on our wedding day than we could have imagined. So many of our guests told us it was one of the most beautiful wedding venues they had ever been to, and we completely agree! The getting-ready suites were absolutely perfect. They were beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and gave both sides of the wedding party plenty of room to get ready without feeling crowded. Everything we needed was stocked and ready for us, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the morning of the wedding so much easier. The ceremony space was breathtaking and was exactly what we wanted for our day. The entire property provided such a gorgeous backdrop, and every part of the venue felt special. Even the practical details were great! Parking was easy and accessible for our guests, and everything flowed so naturally throughout the day. The hospitality was also incredible. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful, the bartenders were FANTASTIC, and the team even helped with cleanup at the end of the night. There were so many little things they did throughout the day that made everything easier for us and allowed us to simply enjoy being married and celebrating with everyone we love. We genuinely have nothing we would change. EVERYTHING was perfect. Looking back at our wedding and all of our photos, we are still in awe of how beautiful it was, and choosing The Carolina Manor House was one of the best decisions we made. It was the perfect place to start our marriage, and we will always have such a special place in our hearts for this venue. We cannot recommend it enough! 🤍
