The wedding venues shown are based in or near Fort Worth and manage their own listing on Zola.

Among Zola couples marrying in Fort Worth, October and November are the most popular months. These fall months offer ideal conditions: comfortable temperatures typically in the 60s and 70s, lower humidity than summer, and beautiful autumn light for photos. Spring months like April and May are also lovely, with blooming landscapes and mild weather before the intense Texas summer heat arrives. Summer weddings (June through August) mean working around temperatures often in the 90s and occasional afternoon thunderstorms, though indoor venues with strong air conditioning handle this well. Winter weddings in December through February bring cooler weather and the possibility of an occasional cold front, but rarely freezing temperatures. Fort Worth's relatively mild winters make year-round celebrations feasible, though October and November remain the sweet spot for weather and outdoor ceremony options.
Fort Worth's 100-guest ZWCI range (around $26,700 to $40,000) is above the national median total of $25,000 and below the metro average of around $50,100, both from Zola's 2026 Wedding Spend Survey of 720 couples. This positions Fort Worth as a solid mid-range market—more expensive than the national median but offering good value compared to major metros. Looking at nearby Texas cities, Fort Worth is more affordable than Austin (around $29,700 to $44,600) and slightly below Dallas (around $27,500 to $41,200), while comparable to Houston (around $26,700 to $40,100). Fort Worth delivers strong value, especially considering the quality venues available and the city's blend of urban sophistication and authentic Western charm. Couples get access to beautiful historic mansions, botanical gardens, and ranch settings at prices below what similar venues cost in Austin or Dallas.
For Fort Worth wedding venues, booking 12 to 18 months in advance is ideal, especially if you're planning a spring or fall wedding when demand peaks. Popular venues in areas like Sundance Square and the Cultural District often fill their Saturday dates even earlier—sometimes up to two years out for peak season weekends.
If you're working with a shorter timeline, you'll still find options, particularly for Friday or Sunday celebrations, or during the quieter summer and winter months. According to the Zola Wedding Cost Index, venue costs in Fort Worth range from around $4,100 to $6,100 for 100 guests, and securing your date early gives you better negotiating power and more flexibility with your preferred vendors. Venues near the Trinity River and in the Stockyards tend to book fastest during cooler months.

For couples wanting a more rustic or suburban feel, Aledo and Burleson on Fort Worth's outskirts offer spacious properties with room for outdoor ceremonies. The historic Stockyards district brings authentic Texas charm with Western flair. Based on Zola marketplace data, venue starting prices across Fort Worth typically range from around $1,500 to $5,000, with a median of about $3,000.
