About this venue

Founded in 1923, The Woman’s Club of Fort Worth began as a coalition of eleven local women’s organizations dedicated to promoting education, civic responsibility, and the arts. Its rich legacy has earned it a place on the National Register of Historic Places. Now over 100 years strong, The Woman’s Club of Fort Worth remains an active and vibrant institution with more than 900 members. Its departments and activity groups continue to host educational, philanthropic, and cultural programming throughout the year. In addition to Club activities, the campus serves as a unique and elegant venue for private events—welcoming receptions, galas, luncheons, meetings, and more. With beautifully maintained historic interiors, secure gated parking, and a dedicated staff, The Woman’s Club offers a refined and memorable setting for any occasion.     Amazing Venue

    From the initial contact of expressing interest, the tour, to booking and the actual event. Everything went smoothly and the staff made this such a fluid process. I was amazed at how easy the process was and how accommodating all staff were. The venue is truly a gem, with affordable/reasonable prices. I have had many business meetings at this location and the beauty of the place, compelled me to host my own event. A murder mystery dinner. The ambiance and aesthetics were so beautiful that we required very little decorations because the building complimented itself. The establishment is great for any theme (Hint:Bridgerton) I look fwd in the future to have more events at this establishment. Truly a gem. Thank you to all the staff.

    The Woman's Club of Fort Worth was an absolute pleasure to work with as a wedding vendor. The event manger, Adriana, was so easy to work with! You can tell that she loves her work and she is there for the couples and the vendors! Looking forward to work with her again!

    Barling Baby Shower

    Perfect space! Easy in, easy out. Beautiful surroundings and furnishings. Staff was wonderful!! Building and rooms, including several ladies’ rooms, are gorgeous. Would highly recommend for bridal showers, anniversary parties, or any other special occasions.

    Small Wedding

    Our grandson and his bride wanted a small, intimate wedding and reception. The Rose Room and Bewley Hall provided the prefect setting. Pictures taken on the Newby staircase and else where were a work of art in elegant settings. Perfect!!!!

Yes, alcohol may be served by TABC-certified bartenders only. A security officer is required for all events serving alcohol. Additional security may be required.
Yes, we offer gated, secure, and free parking for you and your guests.
Your reservation includes 7 hours from start to finish, including setup and break down. Any additional time will be billed at $150 per hour.
Rental includes access to your reserved space, tables, chairs, one on-site staff member, parking, and security for 4 hours complimentary. Any additional hours are $25/hr per security guard. 1 security officer needed per 100 guests when serving alcohol.
Our in-house caterer, Panther City BBQ (Michelin Recommended), provides exceptional service. Outside caterers may be used with approval and will have access to our prep kitchen. Outside vendors must be insured.
Yes, we require all renters to provide proof of general liability insurance 30 days prior to the event.
Cancellations more than 30 days in advance forfeit the 50% deposit. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the full rental fee. The security deposit will be refunded.
We do have an open vendor policy. All vendors must provide general liability insurance.
We can only accommodate intimate ceremonies.
We only provide tables and chairs—any dinnerware, linens, etc., will have to be rented through your caterer or a vendor.
We can accommodate both a DJ and a live band in Anna Shelton Hall. They can set up on the stage.
We offer complimentary 4-hrs of security for one officer. Any additional security officers or hours needed are $25 per hour per security officer.
We offer a projector, sound system, and a microphone in each space.
