Our Barrel Room spans more than 7,200 square feet across two levels, with walls of working oak barrels that infuse the space with warmth and character. The Vineyard Terrace is a flexible indoor-outdoor setting for small gatherings featuring cozy firepits and stylish terrace seating. Cooper's Terrace provides a striking backdrop for a cocktail hour or pre-dinner reception, with vineyard views and a charming pergola overhead. ​The barn has been built from the ground up by Craig Carpenter, his brother Timmy Carpenter and other family and friends. Many of the trees use to build the barn were harvested from their property and were prepared at their saw mill on site. The idea for a wedding venue began was a dream of their daughter, now Zimmerwald's Estate manager Katie Carpenter White. What began as a simple dream and a sketch on a piece of notebook paper, has now become a reality. We are extremely excited to be a place where beautiful family memories can be made and couples can begin their happily ever after!
