DJ Carolina Carter

Carolina has been working in bars and restaurants since 1997, becoming a bartender in 2004. She is a life-long beer aficionado and has hosted craft beer tastings since she managed the bar at The Caroline in Troy in 2007. When not living in Ohio, she has worked as a bartender at an oyster shack on Australia's southern coast, and at a popular discotheque in Quito, Ecuador. She tended bar at Slainte Irish Pub in Fells Point, Baltimore (one of the top 10 US soccer bars) during the 2014 World Cup, and worked events such as the Preakness and Baltimore Pride festival.

DJ Carolina Carter was born in 2017 when Carolina decided that she’d been behind the bar long enough and wanted a taste of what it’s like to be a DJ. Having seen so many, she knew that she could be one of the best, and now loves her new role! Carolina's favorite drink is, always has been, and always will be beer. As DJ and emcee, Carolina guarantees to make your event run as smoothly as possible while setting a mood that will make all of your guests comfortable.       The Best Wedding Bundle Out There

      I cannot stress how much of a lifesaver Sara, Carly, and the entire Craft Event Bar Collective team were for our wedding. As a Type A bride, I like to keep things pretty organized, so to see how Sara managed all of the logistics and month of coorindation so me and my husband wouldn't have to lift a finger on the wedding day was an absolute godsend. The system that Craft Event Bar Collective has set up with our venue, Canyon Run Ranch, works seamlessly. Everyone works together so well, communicates effortlessly, and works to provide solutions rather than cause issues for the couple. Carly, our DJ, was an absolute joy and very clearly understood the assignment we gave her. I had a very specific vision for our reception, and she took my requests seriously and gave us a night full of energy and endless dancing. So many guests came up to us after the wedding and said that was one of the most fun receptions they've ever attended, and it's all thanks to her keeping the energy high throughout the night. Of course, credit is also due to the bar services Craft Event Bar Collective provided, and how they took care of our guests throughout the cocktail hour, dinner, and reception. But I have to give so much credit to Sara (and her helper, Cheyene!) for all of the logistics, set up, and tear down that they managed on the wedding day. The bundle package was worth every single penny so that we didn't have to worry about so many last-minute things and could just be present and in the moment. I owe the biggest thank you to Sara and her team, and I'd highly recommend Craft Event Bar Collective to any couple looking to take the stress out of managing a lot of day-of tasks, having a great party on the dance floor, and keeping the booze flowing.

      Great way to keep the party going

      They were great to work with. The DJ did a good job of keeping everyone laughing and on the dance floor. The drinks were delicious, truly was full service.

      10/10 Would Hire Again!

      We used Craft Event Bar for bar service, month of coordination, purchasing alcohol, and DJ services. All of these were absolutely fantastic! Sara was a responsive coordinator and answered any questions we had from the time we hired her all the way through our wedding day. She set up everything on our wedding day flawlessly and made tear-down so easy for our families, too! Carly did a great job with sound at both our ceremony and reception. Her form to fill out made it super easy to know what information she needed from use and she did a planning call with us the week of the wedding to make sure we were all on the same page. At the wedding/reception, she kept up with every musical cue we asked for flawlessly and kept our dancefloor alive all night! And Jessica did a wonderful job at the bar! They did a margarita bar and all of our guests loved it! Each of these ladies' hard work made our wedding day so perfect and memorable!
