DJ Karizma Entertainment is a professional and interactive DJ and MC service originally from Belize (Central America/ Caribbean), currently serving weddings and special events throughout Virginia and beyond. They have been providing epic wedding entertainment services internationally since 2009 and have been based out of Virginia since the fall of 2017.

Chris August, Owner of DJ Karizma Entertainment LLC is passionate about providing memorable musical experiences for couples and their guests. Having played for people from all over the world, Chris’s clients appreciate his Caribbean/North American fusion style of entertainment, his crowd interaction skills, and his ability to read the crowd and adapt accordingly. The versatile DJ can accommodate a guest list comprised of different ages, backgrounds, and music preferences. He offers music of all genres.

Best DJ Ever
We were so lucky to find Christopher for our wedding! Starting with the leadup, he was detail-oriented and thorough as we worked out a down-to-the-minute timeline of events and musical cues. He followed our specific requests exactly, and made things easy by filling in the rest on his own. His tech setup was excellent, including a powerful lavalier mic that picked up our voices even when pinned to the officiant. During the reception, he was a fantastic MC; keeping the party fun and high energy for *many* hours. Most of all, though, his selection of Caribbean music was perfect for our St. Lucian guests. It’s hard to find such a specialty in rural Virginia, so his expertise was doubly appreciated there. Mina and I can’t recommend this man enough. Thank you, DJ Karizma!

You won't be disappointed!
We are really glad we found Karizma to DJ/MC our wedding. Chris was a great communicator, stayed in touch throughout the planning and lead up, and did an awesome job on the big day. Chris has a bright personality and is very outgoing, which worked great for us and helped us get into the moment. He also provided immaculate vibes, nailed our musical tastes, and got our guest involved and amped up. Awesome DJ, you won't be disappointed.

Great DJ choice for my wedding
DJ Karizma created an amazing environment for our wedding. He was able to capture the right vibe for our American/Latin wedding. Everybody had a great time from the ceremony through the dance floor party.

DJ karizma was so easy to work with! He was thorough ahead of our wedding day asking details for our reception i would have never even considered myself! He helped our evening move along smoothly and then when it was time to dance-his energy and mixes were so fun!
