    Having Golden Hour Strings play at our wedding was the perfect addition to our day! Kailynn was amazing from the start, she responded so quickly to my inquiry and set up a Zoom call to go over all the details. Our wedding day brought pouring rain, but they didn’t let that stop them! They came prepared with a tent and made everything work. Walking down the aisle to their beautiful music was such a special moment. My husband especially loved that they played songs from some of his favorite video games, which made the music feel so personal to us. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the music was! The three-piece string ensemble was incredibly talented, professional, and truly went above and beyond. We couldn’t recommend Golden Hour Strings enough!!!!!!

    I cannot say enough amazing things about Golden Hour Strings! They performed during our ceremony and played the prelude music while our guests were being seated, and they were absolutely INCREDIBLE! From the very beginning, they were so communicative, professional, and easy to work with. The music was beyond beautiful and made our ceremony feel like something straight out of a dream. Hearing everything come together on our wedding day was such a special moment, and they truly brought my vision to life. Our ceremony was everything I had dreamed of and more, and Golden Hour Strings played such a huge part in making that happen. I am so beyond grateful we chose them for our special day. I would recommend them a million times over!

    We LOVE Golden Hour Strings! We were at the same photoshoot as them, and they were the best of the best! They are professional, talented, and incredible at what they do! If you are planning a wedding, or want very unique beautiful music at your next event, BOOK WITH THEM!!

We serve all of Northern Utah, including Cache, Weber, Davis, Wasatch, Summit, Salt Lake, and Utah Counties. If your event requires us to drive more than 1 hour, we will charge a travel fee depending on the distance to help cover the cost of gas.
To secure your date, we collect a 50% non-refundable deposit. You’ll also receive a digital service agreement to sign. The remaining balance is due the week of your event, before the performance. As your event approaches, we’ll work with you to complete our song selection form and make sure everything is planned exactly how you want it.
To reserve your date, we require a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable. If you need to cancel, the deposit cannot be returned. The remaining balance is only due if your event takes place. If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate a new date that works for both you and our musicians. Your original deposit can be applied toward the new date, subject to availability.
We'd love to play at your outdoor event! Just a few things to keep in mind: our wooden instruments are sensitive to cold, so we can't perform if the temperature is below 60°F. If it starts to rain, we'll need full shelter. For summer weddings, it's best if we can set up in the shade, either under a tree or an umbrella.
We typically wear formal formal black as a quartet. We're happy to match your event's dress code upon request.
Our musicians play acoustically, and the sound usually carries beautifully without any amplification- no speakers needed! For larger events, the venue can sometimes set up a mic in front of the quartet for a little extra volume.
