Just Wilson Entertainment is a Twin Cities wedding entertainment company built on one idea: your reception should be the night your guests won't stop talking about. Owner Justin Wilson has been behind the decks since 2012 and has DJ'd over 600 events. He doesn't press play and hide behind a laptop — he reads the room live, works the mic, and runs your timeline so the night moves the way you planned it. You're also booking one team instead of three. DJ, MC and photobooth come from the same insured company: one contract, one setup, one number for your coordinator to call. Veteran-owned and Black-owned. Serving the Twin Cities metro.

One team, not three vendors. Most couples hire a DJ, then an uncle with a microphone, then a photobooth company with its own contract and load-in. Justin brings all three, so nothing falls through the cracks at 9pm when the schedule slips. He works the mic. Plenty of DJs play music and say as little as possible. Justin emcees — introductions, announcements, moving the room from dinner to dancing with no dead air. He reads the room live. Your must-plays and do-not-plays are honored exactly; everything else adjusts to what is actually working on the night. Fully insured, Certificate of Insurance to any venue.

Easy going and great entertainment
Just Wilson Entertainment was the perfect choice for our wedding DJ and band. From the moment we first spoke with Justin, his communication style was easy-going, intuitive, and fun. The quality of his work and value was outstanding - the lighting was great, his attitude was amazing, and he kept the night flowing smoothly and hyped up the crowd. We had an amazing time dancing the night away, as he truly kept everyone on the dance floor all night long. We couldn't have asked for a better team to be a part of our special day.

Cannot recommend Justin highly enough! Justin DJ'd our wedding in rural Minnesota and everything went flawlessly. Not only was the playlist great, but Justin goes above and beyond with a great sound system, lights, and wireless microphone setup. He also did a great job MC'ing through phases of the event (happy hour, dinner, speeches, dances, etc.). Communication was great throughout the process!

I experienced Justin’s 360 photo booth as a guest at an event, and it was such a great experience! His energy is so inviting and made everyone feel comfortable jumping in. The setup was smooth, fun, and definitely a highlight of the night. I was so impressed that I ended up booking him for my event as well. Highly recommend!
