PA Joint Board Convention

We used Steve for our annual convention. He did a wonderful job with playing the music we asked for and also joined in on our themed dance party by wearing a costume. We are using him again this year and can't wait to see him next week.

Absolute fraud behavior. We hired this guy for my niece’s 1st birthday and HE refused to perform because he didn’t like another vendor’s soft-play/bounce-house setup. Fine — we told him if he wasn’t going to perform, just refund us. He agreed and said the refund would come Monday. Monday came. No refund. Instead, this man sent us 50+ unhinged messages about bounce-house safety, claimed he was an inspector, and threatened to report us to the Department of Agriculture 😂. All that texting, but somehow couldn’t find the time to send back money for a service HE refused to provide. Then we checked the other reviews and apparently we’re not the first people to have refund issues with him. Should’ve read those before booking. You said you’d refund us. You didn’t. That makes you a liar, and keeping someone’s money after refusing to provide the service is straight-up fraudulent behavior. Avoid this business.

The entertainer refused to perform because another vendor had set up a bounce house and soft-play area, which he said was unsafe and should be removed. The hosts declined, and he left without performing. The hosts tell me he promised a refund the following Monday, then sent them repeated messages, described himself as a "bounce house inspector," and said he would report them to the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture. Nearly 90 days later, they still haven't received the refund. What should have been a simple celebration turned into an unnecessarily stressful experience. Based on what I saw and what the hosts have told me, I wouldn't recommend this business.

I’m a close friend of the hosts and witnessed this firsthand at their child’s first birthday. The entertainer refused to perform because another vendor had a bounce house and soft-play equipment, claiming it was unsafe and demanding it be removed. The hosts declined and requested a refund, which he promised to issue the following Monday. Instead, he sent numerous messages, claimed to be a “bounce house inspector,” and threatened to report the hosts to the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture. Nearly 90 days later, the refund still has not been issued. What should have been a simple birthday celebration became an unnecessarily stressful and unprofessional experience. Based on what I witnessed, I would not recommend this business.

My friends hired this entertainer for their daughter’s first birthday party and he refused to perform the services he was hired for. He criticized another vendors equipment, threatened to leave five minutes upon arriving, and then eventually packed up his equipment and angrily left after a confrontation with the hosts about another vendor. This was supposed to be a joyful celebration for their daughter and their first year as parents. Based on the behavior I witnessed from this entertainer, I cannot recommend him to others. He was extremely unprofessional and rude. He promised them a refund (that they have on video) and still has not refunded them.
