We hired The Uptown Groove for our wedding and couldn't have been happier with our choice. From the first conversation, they were responsive and genuinely kind, making the planning process stress-free. On our wedding day, their live band karaoke brought so much energy to the dance floor that our guests couldn't stop talking about it. We heard from multiple people that The Uptown Groove was the best wedding band they'd ever heard, and honestly, we have to agree. They played with such fun and passion that everyone felt the excitement. If you want a band that's professional, approachable, and will make your reception unforgettable, you need to book them.

Wedding Band Rocked!
Uptown Groove absolutely crushed it! They were so lively, talented, and friendly. Seth’s coordination efforts were incredible and the lighting / sound for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were all perfect. Alex and Dominique were amazing as our lead vocalists. Uptown Groove exceeded every expectation/dream we could have had for our wedding band! In the months leading up to our wedding, Seth worked to ensure every single moment was accounted for. He helped us create a set list that felt authentic to us and the energy we wanted to create and share with loved ones. He is incredibly thoughtful, communicative, detail-oriented and was such a pleasure to work with! On our wedding day, we had the pleasure of working with Harper as our MC and lead vocalist. We had seen videos of Harper beforehand and were so excited to hear him live and wow….he (and truly the entire band) blew us away. We felt like we were in the songs, dancing to the original versions. Weeks later, we’re still hearing from friends and family about how incredible the band was. I’ve already had a few people reach out for their name to book in the future! You truly couldn’t ask for better experience. Everyone is so kind, professional, and unbelievably talented. We wish we could replay the night (specifically the dancing) all over again! INCREDIBLE!!!!!
We had Uptown Groove for our wedding this past weekend and they were just unbelievable. Music is just such a big part of the vibe and energy that day and they absolutely crushed it from end to end. During the reception they brought the house down- no one left the dance floor- people were even crowd surfing!! They made our wedding so special. I had over 50 guests tell me it was the best band they’ve ever seen at a wedding- not even exaggerating! On top of that they were so incredibly helpful through the whole process- they helped with my audio for the reception, planning my timeline, played through cocktail hour and dinner- and made the entire process so easy. They also have so much range from current pop hits to oldies to punk/emo to r&b it was crazy how versatile my playlist was. I can’t recommend them enough- you won’t regret getting them!!
