Dry hire simply means you provide the alcohol, and we bring the bartending experience! We handle the service, setup, flow, and all the behind-the-bar magic included in your selected package. You stay in control of what’s being served while we make sure it’s poured, presented, and served beautifully.

Nope — 3 Brothers Bartending never provides or sells the alcohol. The client purchases the beer, wine, spirits, and other alcohol for the event. Don’t worry, though—we can absolutely help you figure out what to buy and how much so planning feels easy.
Absolutely! We are fully insured and take responsible alcohol service seriously. Our team is professional, experienced, and focused on creating a fun atmosphere while keeping service polished and responsible. If your venue needs specific insurance documentation, just ask—we’re happy to help!
Our sweet spot is approximately one bartender for every 50 guests. It keeps lines short, drinks flowing, and your guests enjoying the party instead of waiting at the bar. For events of 100 guests or fewer, we still send a minimum of two bartenders because seamless service is kind of our thing.
We sure do! 3 Brothers is based in Central Ohio, but we love taking the show on the road. We regularly consider events throughout Ohio and beyond our immediate service area. Travel fees may apply depending on location, but if you love our vibe, send us your venue—we’ll see what we can make happen!

Absolutely! Bold & Brazen loves being the center of attention, but she doesn’t have to come to every party. We offer professional bartending-only options for venues with an existing indoor or outdoor bar, as well as full mobile bar experiences featuring our vintage horse trailer.
The sooner, the better—especially for prime spring, summer, and fall wedding dates! We book events well in advance, and popular Saturdays can disappear quickly. Once your date and venue are set, reach out. We can customize a proposal and get your date officially reserved. We only reserve 1 event per weekend, so get it while you can😉
We’re not interested in being “just the bartenders.” We obsess over the details, presentation, guest experience, and overall vibe of your celebration. From the first conversation to the final pour, our goal is simple: make your bar experience feel effortless, memorable, and completely customized to you. ~Uniquely catered every step of the way.~
She’s definitely not your average bar. Bold & Brazen is our restored vintage horse trailer turned mobile bar—designed to be just as much a showpiece as she is a fully functioning bar. A little room to shine!✹ For comfortable placement, we generally recommend approximately a 20’ × 15’ level area, along with enough approach space for our tow vehicle to maneuver her into place during setup. Access to power and water is helpful, but we can discuss your venue’s setup and available options during planning. We can even bring our own! Have an unusual venue? Send it our way. We love figuring out how to make things work. That's what we do, so you don't have to!
Absolutely—and they deserve just as much attention as the cocktails. We can create beautiful, intentional mocktails so guests who aren’t drinking alcohol still have something fun and elevated to enjoy. Many of our signature cocktails can also inspire coordinating alcohol-free versions, creating a menu that feels cohesive from top to bottom. Yes! and No!😏 Once we know your guest count, number of service hours, bar selections, signature cocktails, and whether your crowd is made up of light, moderate, or heavier drinkers, we can help guide you through recommended quantities. You purchase it. We help take the guesswork out of it. We take care of the mixers, ice, garnishes, and serviceware! One less wedding-planning spreadsheet for you to lose sleep over. 🙌
