I have a background in bartending, bar management, and general managing, making me an expert in all thing booze! I create craft specialty cocktails ahead of time, giving your guests the experience of a craft bar while receiving quick service.

Best bartending service!
The Barfly SJ team is absolutely fantastic! As a wedding planner, I always appreciate working with other vendors who are responsive and reliable, and Barfly SJ never disappoints. Not only do they check all of the boxes of being a great bartending business to work with, they go above and beyond for their clients to truly give them an amazing event and/or wedding day with a bar to remember. Their background is in hospitality and that really shows in the service they provide to both the clients, and all of the event guests. The bar is often the first point of a make or break experience at an event, and the Barfly team works really hard to ensure they are fully setup, organized, and prepared for anything that comes their way, all while serving up beautiful drinks to give guests a positive first experience. I would highly recommend Barfly SJ to anyone in the Bay looking for a bar team that serves up great drinks and great service!

From the moment Barfly SJ arrived, they came ready to work and got everything set up without any fuss. The craft cocktails they created were delicious, and the bar setup looked stunning throughout the night. What really stood out was how kind and supportive they were—they gave us a shopping list in advance that made planning so easy, and they genuinely cared about making our day special. Our guests couldn't stop talking about the drinks and the fun energy they brought to the reception. Barfly SJ was a pleasure to work with, and we would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Amazing bar service!
BarflySJ staffed the bar at our recent wedding. John and his team are extremely professional, kind, and great at their jobs. We never had to think twice about the service our guests were receiving as BarflySJ had everything running smoothly the whole night. If we ever have another event that needs bar service, we wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Great drinks and bartending
I can’t recommend Barfly enough for your wedding! They absolutely crushed it and made our day even more special by the custom touches included. From the get-go John was quick to respond, super organized, and made everything so easy. Other vendors we had on our day said John was fantastic to work with as well. He was friendly, fun, and kept the drinks flowing all night. My wife and I had our signature drinks in mind we wanted for our bar before meeting John, but he gave us tastes of his signature cocktails before we decided, and we ended up going with his craft cocktail menu. It was awesome to try samples beforehand and we didn't find any other bar offering this when inquiring. We really liked the bar setup itself as well and it really fit in with our look we wanted - simple, elegant, and custom touches of our own design like the menus on display. Overall, this service was a total game-changer for our wedding. If you’re looking for a mobile bar that’s easy to work with, fun, and makes your day even more memorable, I highly recommend Barfly!
