Hello! My name is Brittany Stilwell. I am the owner of Bubbly Bees! I have been in the restaurant and catering industry for over 11 years now. In 2022, I decided to bring my dream of owning my own private event bartending service to life!

Bubbly Bees Bartending offers different event packages for you to choose from! From Beer and Wine only to including specialty made cocktails tailored to your event! We make all syrups & purees in house using fresh ingredients to ensure the best possible taste. We include everything you need for your event, minus the alcohol. We offer fun add on's like a polaroid photo booth, a customizable wedding post, etc! We also offer Day of Coordination, Wedding planning, Officiant, Lemonade bar, Coffee and Hot chocolate bar services. Great Bartenders!
We hired Bubble Bees Bartending for our wedding and had a great experience from start to finish! We did beer, wine, seltzers, and one batched signature drink. Brittany was great to help make recommendations on what we should get and create a buy list for us. My husband was super worried about running out so we bought way more than she recommended, but at the end of the day she was absolutely spot on and we wouldn't have had any risk of running out! They also have very fair pricing. We had two bartenders (one named Rachel, I unfortunately forget the other woman's name) and they were both incredible on the day of! Very professional, came prepared with everything they needed, and I didn't have to help with a single thing! We provided them with a recipe for the signature drink and they batched them throughout the night with no trouble. They also brought cups for the wine (we had custom cups for the signature drink), ice, napkins, coolers, etc which made it so much easier for us. Overall we highly recommend this company and you will be in good hands!!

Budget Friendly Bartender!
We hired Bubbly Bees Bartending for our wedding and couldn't be happier with our choice. From start to finish, the owner communicated with us in a clear and straightforward way, making the planning process stress-free. She arrived fully prepared with all the bar supplies, glassware, and tools we needed all we had to do was provide the liquor. What impressed us most was how organized and efficient she was throughout the entire reception, keeping everything running smoothly without any hiccups. Her pricing was budget friendly, which meant we could put our money toward other parts of our day without sacrificing quality service. We'd absolutely recommend Bubbly Bees Bartending to any couple looking for a reliable and affordable bar service.

Best Bartender You Can Find!
Brittany and her team are absolutely incredible. I’ve now worked with her twice now for my engagement party and my wedding, I’ve also attending 2 wedding that she has done as well. She is so attentive to detail, fast, and makes delicious drinks! She worked my 155 person wedding and I don’t think I ever saw a line, they were so efficient. I also asked a lot of her with all my specific details like setting out different cocktail napkins at different times, switching the type of cups used, etc. I can not recommend her enough!

Above-and-Beyond Bartending That Made Our Night
Our bartending service was truly outstanding and such a highlight of our wedding day. She was incredibly responsive throughout planning, helping us adjust our shopping list and thoughtfully craft specialty cocktails and mocktails that our guests—especially the kids—absolutely loved. On the day of, she brought such a warm, welcoming energy, connecting with our family and friends as if she’d known them for years. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, even bringing me drinks so I could stay present with guests and enjoy the moment. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone!

Wedding Bartender
We used Brittany for a wedding on 4/25/26. She showed up on time. She was very friendly and easy to work with. She did a great job for our guests. I’d recommend her to anyone.
