About Club Car Mobile Bars

Charlie & Megan Foster

Owners

Charlie and Megan bring over 20 years of combined hospitality experience to every event, having worked at properties including Hyatt and Fairmont in Boston and Nantucket. After years behind the bar for other people's brands, they set out to build their own — one with more personality, more character, and a lot more fun. That idea became Club Car: a vintage horse trailer and a teardrop camper, both lovingly converted into full-service mobile bars — and, most recently, the Parlor Car, an ivory vintage trailer with bronze edging and our newest addition to the fleet.

Creativity in the Cocktails Our menus aren't just mixed drinks — they're craft cocktails built around your event, your story, and your guests, featuring house-made syrups from herbs we grow right on property. Service Flair with Our Staff It's not just what we pour, it's how we pour it. We pride ourselves on customer service with every guest — whether that's a little flair behind the bar or simply making sure each guest gets the mocktail or cocktail they're after. Extra Upgrades That Make Events a Success From champagne walls to custom add-ons, the little extras are what turn a good event into an unforgettable one.

    Best Bar Service Ever!

From the moment we booked Club Car Mobile Bars, Charlie was responsive and made sure he understood exactly what we wanted for our wedding day. We were worried about guests waiting in long lines at the bar, but Charlie and his team completely eliminated that problem with their setup and efficiency. The cocktails and mocktails were genuinely impressive—the bartenders clearly knew their craft and made every drink with care. What really stood out was that Charlie showed up himself to oversee everything and make sure the day ran smoothly. The horse-trailer bar was a huge conversation starter and our guests loved it. We cannot recommend Club Car Mobile Bars enough if you want bar service that actually works.

    INCREDIBLE

It is hard to know where to start with Club Car because we literally loved every moment of working with them. Charlie and his team are communicative, friendly, helpful, unbelievably kind, and above all - skilled at what they do! We visited Charlie and his team at the Wilmington Inn for a tasting of the cocktails and we had intense trouble narrowing down our choices because they were all so delicious. All of the guests at our wedding were marveling at how amazing the cocktails were, how quickly they were able to get a drink, and how friendly the bar staff was. Again, it’s hard to put into words just how much we loved working with them! We hope to remain in contact with them throughout our marriage and will most definitely use them or recommend them again and again!

Vendor - Owner of The Event Sisters

I've worked with Club Car Mobile Bars several times as a vendor. I am a wedding planner, and Club Car is one of my favorite bar services to recommend to clients. Fast, efficient service; plenty of staff to ensure low wait times for guests during busier service times; great quality product so guests enjoy their drinks; and wonderful personalities to keep the energy flowing during cocktail hour and the reception. Charlie is quick and helpful with communications to both couples and vendors in the lead up to events, and is genuinely a joy to work with. You can't go wrong with hiring Club Car Mobile Bars.

Our organization hired The Club Car for a social mixer at a local pickleball court. We had such amazing feedback from guests at our event about the bar and the staff, we can't wait to hire them again next year! Charlie was incredibly communicative and offered great suggestions/insight. Set up and take down was seamless. The drink offerings were inventive and delicious! Highly highly recommend!
