    Couldn’t have been better!!

    We had an incredible experience with EliteBAR for our wedding day. From our first conversation, they listened closely to what we wanted and answered every question we had without delay. On the day of, they arrived earlier than expected and had the bar fully set up and ready to go before our guests even arrived. The team was warm and genuine with everyone, making sure people felt welcomed and taken care of throughout the night. They went above and beyond what we paid for, showing real care for the details that mattered to us. We would absolutely recommend EliteBAR to any couple looking for a bar service that truly delivers.

We’ll video chat once, then have a follow-up phone call. One meeting will focus on finalizing menus and headcount. One to go over final venue and wedding logistics.
We are full service. We will take you on a walk-through of available rentals (frozen drink machines, upgraded mobile bar, photo booth, etc.) and work with you to find options within your budget.
We do not offer tastings, but we will consult with you during our phone call to help curate your signature cocktail to your liking and ensure it perfectly matches the theme of your event.
We serve the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding area within 20 miles. We will service areas outside of that radius for a travel fee.
