Wonderful company with a great purpose!
I am very excited to work with Minnehaha Bar Co for my wedding this upcoming weekend! It feels good supporting a business with such a great mission. Overall, process has been smooth so far!

Canceled Six Weeks Before Our Wedding
Minnehaha Bar Co backed out of bartending 6 weeks before our wedding due to their inability to meet our venue’s extra requirements. We had booked Minnehaha Bar Co in July 2025 and we thought we were clear of the requirements of our venue since the original booking call. Furthermore, Juliana and her team had these requirements in writing since January 2026. They did attempt to meet our venue’s extra requirements when they realized their mistake, but were unable to do so. We communicated with Minnehaha Bar Co multiple times over the year they were under contract with us and never once did they mention that there were any issues with our venue that they were attempting to resolve in the background. It wasn't until July 2026 that they emailed us out of the blue to cancel their bartending services for our August 2026 wedding. We called Juliana and left a voicemail but she did not return our call due to personal health reasons. Minnehaha Bar Co's last minute cancellation forced us to find a new bartending service 6 weeks before our wedding which was a great financial burden on top of an already expensive time in our lives. We requested multiple times that Minnehaha Bar Co cover the difference between their contracted services and the new services we were forced to find but this request was never acknowledged by Juliana. Furthermore, we were told we'd be receiving our initial deposit back within 30 days and we had to email multiple times to receive our deposit back 50 days later due to processing issues. Overall we are greatly disappointed in the lack of communication from Juliana and her team and the overall way this situation was handled

Best Bar Ever
My wife and I booked Minnehaha Bar for our wedding and the process was so easy and the result was even better. They set up the whole bar, served all night, and then cleaned up. So easy to work with and wife loves their decor too!!!! Great manhattans too.

Best Choice Ever!!!
We booked Minnehaha Bar Co for our wedding and we couldn’t be happier we did. We simply inquired online, they try en helped us plan our entire bar, they showed up day of, MAGICALLY SET IT ALL UP, and then boom we look over and the party had started at the reception… at the end of night we looked over again and BOOM again it’s all cleaned up! The bartenders were so fun and the guests were raving!! 10/10 will book again for any event.

Best Bartenders Ever!
Minnehaha Bar Co was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding! Their communication throughout the planning process was timely, clear, and enthusiastic. The quality of their work and the value they provided was truly exceptional - the bar setup was beautifully designed and organized, and they even surprised us with some special drink offerings that perfectly matched the vibe of our wedding. The bartender was so friendly and made sure all of our guests had a wonderful time. I would recommend Minnehaha Bar Co to everyone I know - they truly helped make our special day perfect!
