The Signature

"The Signature" package includes full bar services and setup, plus specialty infused syrups and ingredients to bring your custom ‘his & hers’ cocktails—or any signature drink vision you have to life. This does not include the classic mixers such as soda and juices.

The Elite

Pop, Pour, and Party! Our Self-Serve Mimosa Bar makes it easy for guests to craft their own bubbly masterpieces with a curated selection of seasonal juices, fresh fruit, and festive garnishes. We provide everything for a show-stopping setup—champagne glasses, bar carts, and even a champagne wall to wow your guests. Perfect for bridal brunches, wedding mornings, or birthday celebrations, this add-on is always a hit for daytime events.

Great service, great drinks!
If you're looking for a bartending service that is professional, friendly, and creative, Moonlit Merlot is the perfect fit for your event! They have a variety of drinks options, and will even make custom cocktails. All of their drinks are delicious, and Mary and Selena are amazing to work with!

I don’t even know where to begin with how amazing Moonlit Merlot was for our wedding! From the beginning Mary Ellen and Selena were on-top of everything. We ended up having two signature drinks, a whiskey sour and an orange creamsicle and we loved them! All of our guests loved the personal touches they made on our drinks including a W ice cube and rice paper with our names on it! Everything felt so personalized and uniquely us! Even days later we are still getting compliments on their services! To anyone considering these lovely ladies please listen when I say stop your search and book them for your wedding or event now! I promise you they will exceed your expectations!

Selena and Mary Ellen provided bar service for my engagement party and it was an absolute hit. Everyone was raving about how amazing and fun they were. They even kept the non-alcoholic version of the drinks fun for the kids so they could have a festive drink as well. I would absolutely hire them again!!
