Private Bartending Service

Palm Beach Cocktails brings the bar to you. We're a BYOB mobile bartending service: you buy your alcohol at retail and we never mark it up. Real bar service, no liquor markup. Insured and certified, general and liquor liability, COI on request. Packages start at $400 - Essential, Signature, Premier, Full Experience - plus Quinceanera/XV from $1,200. Each includes full bar setup and breakdown, a custom cocktail menu, and staffing for your guest count. Any cocktail can be a mocktail, no charge. No travel charge in Palm Beach or Broward County. Beyond that we travel statewide, fee quoted up front. Quotes are itemized within 24 hours.

We're a private bartending team, not a staffing agency sending whoever is free that weekend. Crafted elegance in every pour is the standard we hold ourselves to: real cocktail knowledge, bourbon and wine tasting expertise, and genuine hospitality at every event we work. You buy your alcohol at retail and we never mark it up, the single biggest thing keeping your cost down. Staffing is sized to your event and you are never charged per bartender.     Palm Beach Cocktails Bachelorette

    Palm Beach Cocktails was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. They were very communicative throughout the entire process, always responding promptly to our questions and providing helpful suggestions. Palm Beach County and Broward County are our home markets, so there is no travel fee for events there. Beyond those two counties we travel throughout Florida and the fee is based on distance: $75 up to 60 miles, $175 for 61 to 100 miles, and a custom quote past 100 miles. It is always itemized in your quote up front, never a surprise at the event.
No guest count minimum. We work events of every size, from small backyard gatherings to full receptions. Our packages start at $400, and staffing is sized to your event rather than charged per bartender.
We offer spirit consultations where we help you choose the right cocktail menu for your event and guide you on exactly what and how much alcohol to purchase for your guest count.
Typically we connect once for an initial consultation to go over your vision, guest count, and cocktail preferences. A second touchpoint closer to the event date covers final logistics and your alcohol shopping list.
For private events, 4 to 6 weeks out is usually enough. For weddings and peak season weekends, 2 to 3 months ahead is ideal. A 20% deposit, minimum $100, secures your date once a signed agreement is in place. Nothing is charged before that.
Palm Beach County and Broward County are our home markets at standard rates. We also travel throughout Florida for a travel fee, including Miami, the Keys, the Treasure Coast, Orlando, Tampa and the Gulf Coast. If your venue is outside Palm Beach or Broward, send us the address and we will quote the travel fee up front.
No — we provide the bartending service, full bar setup, mixers, garnishes, and breakdown. Alcohol is provided by the client. We offer a complimentary spirit consultation to help you know exactly what and how much to buy.
We bring all bar equipment and tools needed for service. If you need additional items like glassware or specialty barware, we can help point you in the right direction.
Yes. We carry General Liability and Liquor Liability with $2M in coverage, and we are certified bartenders. We can send a Certificate of Insurance directly to your venue on request, which most venues require before they will let an outside bar work the event.
Staffing is sized to your event, roughly one bartender per 50 guests, so a 100 guest wedding gets two. You are never charged per bartender. The package price covers the team we bring.
Every package includes up to a 5 hour service window. Setup and breakdown are included and never count against it. Beyond 5 hours it is $50 per hour, per bartender. Most couples open the bar after the ceremony and close it before the last dance, so tell us the window you actually want and we will quote it exactly.
Absolutely. We build full zero proof menus, and any cocktail on your menu can be made as a mocktail at no extra charge. Dry weddings, sober guests, kids and designated drivers all get something crafted rather than a can of soda.
You provide the alcohol and the serviceware, meaning cups, glassware, napkins, straws and utensils, which your caterer or rental company may already cover. We bring the bartenders, ice, all professional bar tools, mixers and fresh garnishes. We also send you a shopping list with exact quantities for your guest count.
A 20% deposit, minimum $100, secures your date once a signed agreement is in place. Nothing is charged before that. The supply fee is due 2 to 3 weeks before the event, and the remaining balance is due before the event. A 4% processing fee applies to card payments.
