About Sargente & Co

Rocco & Payton

Sargente & Co. is a luxury mobile bar created by us, Rocco and Payton, with the goal of making wedding bar service feel personal, stylish, and stress-free. We love creating custom drink menus, beautiful setups, and an experience that feels tailored to each couple. From the first cocktail to the last pour, we’re there to help make your wedding feel fun, seamless, and unforgettable.

What sets Sargente & Co. apart is our versatility. While many mobile bars are traditional pop-up setups, we can bring our fully equipped bar trailer directly to your event for a polished, built-in bar experience — or provide a pop-up bar when that works better for your venue. Our trailer is also designed to operate without a generator, which means no extra generator noise during your celebration. We pair that flexibility with professional bartending, custom cocktail menus, fresh mixers and garnishes, and a setup tailored to your wedding style.

    Great professional bartending

Sargente & Co. made our wedding day so much easier from start to finish. The team was flexible with all our requests and kept communication simple and straightforward, which we really appreciated during the planning process. Their attention to detail was evident in everything they did, especially with that Instagram-worthy bar cart that looked stunning in our photos. Beyond their solid work, the people behind Sargente & Co. are genuinely great to work with—they felt like part of our celebration, not just vendors. We were thrilled with the value they provided and will absolutely book them again for future events. Highly recommend them to any couple looking for a bar service that actually cares.
