Incorrect signature cocktails
Not super impressed with the way our event bar service turned out. Bartenders showed up wearing sweatshirts and casual wear, no signature drink sign was made to my knowledge or I would have made one myself. Instead of providing their own floral arrangements they used ours instead of repurposing our flowers elsewhere. Unfortunately our signature drinks weren’t correct with no fresh mint for a mojito- not sure if the cucumber mules even had ginger beer. Chelsea was easy to book and communicate to so I appreciate that aspect. I just wish my event would have been taken more seriously on the execution side of things. I had multiple guests tell me they weren’t greeted when they went up to the bar and that bartenders would finish their own personal conversations before serving guests. Everyone has off days and our event set up was a bit chaotic due to the rain but we had already planned for a second location set up, I’m just hoping for future brides things go as planned and as stated.

I completely understand your concerns regarding the bartenders’ attire, signature drink execution, signage, floral arrangements, and guest service. Those details should have been handled more thoughtfully, and the weather or hectic setup shouldn’t have impacted the level of service your guests received. I’m glad to hear Chelsea was easy to work with and that communication leading up to the event was positive. We’ll absolutely be taking your feedback seriously and reviewing these areas with our team so expectations are clearer and better followed for future events. Thank you again for your honesty. We truly appreciate the feedback and are sorry we fell short on the execution.

Chelsea and her staff at Boozey Behive were absolutely amazing! They handled the cocktails and bar service for our wedding reception, and we couldn’t have been happier. Chelsea and her team were professional, friendly, fun, and kept everything running smoothly all night. Our guests had a great time, the drinks were fantastic, and we never had to worry about a thing. Having vendors you can trust on such an important day makes all the difference, and Chelsea and her staff definitely delivered. Thank you, Chelsea and the entire Boozey Behive team, for helping make our wedding celebration so special. We would 100% recommend them for any wedding or event! ️
