Kind Owner and Staff , but Light Drink Issue

The owners communication was incredible, and his staff was amazing. Our cocktails turned out amazing in tfffthat they were almost non alcoholic. We provided all the liquor for them and they pre batched and I believe just made them all way too light. Pro to this was they tasted unreal haha, but I had people coming up to me all night at both my rehearsal and wedding telling me that they had had a few drinks and it was like drinking juice. I normally cannot drink more than 2-3 cocktails, and I had 3 of these and felt absolutely nothing. One of my family members who rarely drinks said she had five or six of them and did not taste or feel anything. I had about 10 people come up completely separately to me telling me the same thing to let me know about the issue. Finally people started catching on and avoiding ordering cocktails because of this and only doing wine or beer. Then at the end of the night, I finally mentioned this again to the owner and was frustrated by it, and he was incredibly receptive and fixed the problem, but unfortunately, at this point, it was a little bit too late because the night was almost The other items to know where they did put a tip jar out, which I believe we had asked to buy out the tip jar so we didn't have one out. The jar itself was massive with a big logo on it and then they also had business cards out which it wasn't a huge fan of. Again, the owner couldn't have been nicer. He was incredibly organized and wonderful to work with so I do feel like this is a really easy fix going forward, just wanted to post this to give other brides a heads up to make sure that you are aware of this and can hopefully not have the same thing happen to you!
