Since she was a child, Allie spent a lot of time in the kitchen helping her mother and developing a love for baking. Her passion then grew into a career when she decided to go to New York to study Baking and Pastry Arts at the Institute of Culinary Education. Since then, she has honed her baking skills and gained experience, working with chefs like David Burke and Tom Colicchio from NJ, NY, CA, and TX. Now, she’s finally back on the East Coast and is committed to providing her customers with delicious baked goods.     Custom Birthday Desserts

    Allie was so easy to work with!! I sent her a photo of my vision, and she made it happen. Not only did it look amazing, it tasted sooooooo good. I will not hesitate to use Allie Bakes Cakes again

    Happy to work with Allie for my daughter's wedding. We had a small two tier cake that was absolutely delicious and simply beautiful. My daughter and her husband cannot wait to have it again for their first anniversary.

    Incredibly smooth and easy process from ordering through delivery. I’ve worked with Allie twice in the last month - First for my older son’s birthday, where the cupcake design was exactly what we wanted and the brownies i ordered were delicious. Allie also made a cake for my younger son’s birthday which was an absolute hit. I will absolutely order from Allie again, she’s so talented and a total professional
