About Blondie's cakery

Blondie's cakery

Owner

I've been decorating cakes for over 10yrs now. I can't imagine doing anything else. Being able to be part of people's celebrations means a lot to me. I specialize in buttercream style cakes and decorated sugar cookies. I don't offer cakes covered in fondant or shaped cakes. I would love to help create a one of a kind art piece for your wedding.

If buttercream cakes is what you're looking for, I'm your girl. But I can also do custom decorated sugar cookies. These are perfect for wedding favors, bridal showers, and bachelorette parties. I can provide all your baking needs from the start of your engagement to the big day.

    Delicious cake & incredible service!

Shelby brought our vision to life! She made us a beautiful cake that truly stood out on our big day. Also, it tasted AMAZING. My wife and I can’t wait to eat a slice of what we saved on our 1 year anniversary! I would recommend Shelby to anyone who’s looking for a sweet treat for their special occasion!

    Shelby is amazing!!

I’ve been ordering from Shelby for years. She is so creative and talented, not mention how delicious it all tastes! Highly recommend!

I'm an out of home bakery operating under Texas cottage law. Just as any other bakery, I have to uphold the same sanitary regulations. I am up to date on all permits that are required.
Sadly I don't currently offer any dietary accommodations.
Yes
I do offer sample boxes at a cost. But, if you book with me, that cost will be taken out of the wedding total.
