Hi! I’m Danielle, the owner and cake artist behind Dani Bakes Cakes. Born and raised in Arizona, I spent years as a flight attendant before following my passion for creating beautiful, handcrafted wedding cakes and cakes for all celebrations! I specialize in elegant, baked from scratch cakes designed to reflect each couple’s unique love story—from timeless buttercream to romantic vintage piping and modern, refined styles. My goal is to make the cake process easy, fun, and stress free while bringing your vision to life. I’d be honored to be part of your wedding day and can’t wait to celebrate with you! Danielle

Delightful and Talented Baker
I have used Dani Bakes Cakes on several occasions and she never ever disappoints both in her artistry and craftsmanship along with her wonderful personality. On 3 separate occasions I’ve used her to create fabulous floral cupcakes, not that she can’t create other designs but rather because I adore flowers. Her beautiful designs are inspiring. I put her to the real test though when requesting an 80th birthday cake that reflected the life of a dear friend. Unbelievable what she created from pictures that I had forwarded to her. The honoree was in amazement to see her life reflected in edible form. Highly recommend Dani Bakes Cakes for all your needs.

Wedding cake & cupcake perfection!
Working with Dani Bakes Cakes was such a pleasure. Danielle was responsive and easy to talk to throughout the whole planning process. She brought creative ideas to the table when we were unsure what we wanted and collaborated well with the florist and wedding planner to deliver a successful dessert spread. On the day of our wedding, everything arrived on time and looked absolutely stunning in our photos. Five Stars for Dani Bakes Cakes!!

Bridal Shower
This cake was above and beyond expectations. Her description and communication made it so easy to let her design and baking expertise bring the day to fruition. I didn’t have to even think about it. I knew it would be great! My niece cried when she saw the cake. I could not have asked for more.

Stunning cake!!! Tasted even better!!
Our wedding cake exceeded every expectation. The design was elegant and modern with the black buttercream and white floral accents. Communication throughout the process was easy and responsive, and the final cake looked exactly like what we discussed. It tasted amazing too. I can’t recommend Danielle enough for any couple wanting a show-stopping cake that’s both beautiful and delicious!!!
