Hi! My name is Amanda, the Chef and Owner of Gingerly Baked. My passion is creating beautiful and delicious cakes and desserts for your special occasion. I refuse to compromise quality. Everything is made from scratch, with superior ingredients, and with love.

With over 20 years of experience as a professionally trained pastry chef, I am not just a cake artist, but a master in the art of pastry-making. I take pride in my ability to cater to a wide range of dietary restrictions and preferences. Whether you're vegan, gluten-free, or have any other dietary requirements, I've got you covered. My menu features a variety of mini desserts, chocolates, and cakes that will make your taste buds dance with joy. Pure magic in the form of cake!
Exceptional. Gingerly Baked crafted my dream wedding cake design, which was stunning AND delicious. Each tier was a different flavor and they nailed the classics -- rich, flavorful, moist. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and Delicious Wedding Cake!
Amanda and her team made the most amazing cake for our wedding! From the tasting to presentation, she went above and beyond. We had gluten free cake and it was the best I’ve ever tasted. All of our guests were also raving about how delicious the flavors were and not too sweet either! We can’t get over how beautiful our 4-tier cake was and highly recommend Gingerly Baked!! Thank you so much!!

The absolute best!!!
Gingerly Baked was INCREDIBLE to work with for our wedding. The desserts were absolutely amazing and people still tell me how much they loved everything!! Amanda could not have been more accommodating to my need for non-refined sugars, and for many gluten-free guests, in our dessert bar and our wedding cake!!! They made our tasting box with monk fruit sugar and coconut sugars so I could try things, and gave us some of their regular desserts so my fiancé could try them. We went with a Chantilly wedding cake (I still dream of it) and a bunch of the mini desserts. They were responsive to all of my emails and made it absolutely seamless on our wedding day. I cannot recommended them enough!! Thank you for EVERYTHING!!!

Amazing desserts
Gingerly Baked did an amazing job providing desserts for our wedding. They ensured we had exactly what we wanted (and some things we didn’t know we wanted but ended up loving!), ensured everything was to our taste, and took care of our guests so well. We had some tough dietary restrictions we needed to accommodate, and they made the desserts taste just as good as the originals! We wouldn’t hesitate to hire them for any event, big or small, and we were so glad they were part of our wedding!

the BEST GF wedding cake!
Gingerly Baked created the wedding cake of our dreams for us! Not only was it a beautiful work of art with live flowers, but it was 3 different flavors, all gluten-free (and by far the best GF cake I've ever had!). During our tasting we loved one of the mini desserts that we tried so much (key lime pie) that we asked Amanda if we could turn it into a cake flavor for one of the layers, and she did! It was so wonderful to work with Amanda and her team throughout the process and we couldn't have been happier with how the final cake turned out.
