I am a long time customer. . . Always would have given you 5 stars - even with the inconsistent product delivered to Raw Juce over the years - it was an OMG bar there that was my FAVORITE. Today I purchased from Raw Juce this Galaxy BonBon that was wickedly sweet .... most disappointing, premium cacao with cane sugar that according to your labeling appears to NOT be organic. Cane Sugar??? I hadn't bought them in a while - can not purchase from her any longer. This would NOT be considered Plant-based..... but would be considered VEGAN. I do remember long ago you partaking in the Florida Crystal Raw Cane Sugar Dessert Challenge with other chef's, and at that time I wondered where your "compass" was ... I wish you well upon your journey. Can no longer support you though - as we do vote with our dollars.

I love this place so much! The pastries are made with so much love... my personal favorites are the churro donuts, birthday cake cookies, and the butter cream cookie sandwiches! Please support this amazing business if you're reading this!

Amazing to find a vegan and gluten free bakery. It also does a great variety of baked goods that also mostly taste great. So why the 4 rather than 5 stars? To get the attention of the owners and make a suggestion: Many people with allergies have more than one allergy. You can make these your customers by diversifying the ingredients in your baked goods. For example, about 1% of the population has an oat allergy. This rate is also higher in people who have other allergies. So have some baked goods with non oat flour can be helpful. Similarly about 3% of people have a rice allergy - not an issue for this bakery but for most other gluten free bakeries. About one percent have an allergy to chocolate - but most of the desserts offered contain chocolate. A good example to follow is Myokos vegan cheese. They make different cheeses using different vegan milks to make sure all customers can find something to eat. Best in your endeavors. A little less sugar would also be amazing.
