Sensational Baker

Cake for breakfast? Why not! Hi, I'm Lauren a sweets baker! I love all things cookies, cakes, and sprinkles. I specialize in wedding cakes and hand decorated cookies. I have been in the sweets business for 4 years now. My recipes are all handcrafted, with many hours dedicated to the fantastic flavors my cakes and cookies have! My sweets not only taste amazing, but look stunning as well, making your guests want to eat dessert first!

I'd love to make your big day extra "sweet"! I take pride in the little details a small business can do, that others can not. Every step of the way I look at how I can serve you as the customer. Now that you have found your "butter" half, I look forward to throwing some butter in my mixer and getting some treats ready for your big day! (I do not accommodate any a nut, dairy, or gluten free requests. If your inquiry asks for any dietary accommodations I will have to decline it. Thank you.)

    Loved them!

We were blown away by our wedding cake and mini cupcakes. The design was stunning and fit our wedding perfectly, and the flavors were outstanding. So many guests told us it was the best wedding dessert they’ve ever had. The mini cupcakes were the perfect option for guests to sample different flavors and were a total crowd favorite.

I run under the Texas Cottage Bakery laws. I have my food handlers certificate and run according to those laws.
I would love to chat with you about serving size! We can get to your total servings in a number of ways - by adding tiers, a grooms cake, or sheet cake in the back. If you want to learn more about wedding cake serving sizes this link is a great resource. https://chelsweets.com/cake-portion-guide/
ABSOUTLEY! I love all things custom. A good theme and letting me be creative is what I love to do!
Cupcakes, mini cupcakes, and hand decorated cookies!
I do not offer dietary accommodations. If you need accommodations I highly suggest a specialized store that does such things, as glutes, dairy, and nut free items require many licenses.
Outside of the baked goods I offer. I also offer limited cake stand rentals.
No, delivery and set up are an extra charge. However, delivery and set up are included in some of my packages up to a certain mile radius before an extra charge would encore.
No. I am a cottage baker and therefore can not guarantee a nut, dairy, or gluten free environment. I suggest a storefront kitchen with the proper licensing to accommodate your needs. If your inquiry asks for any dietary accommodations I will have to decline it. Thank you.
