That Cannoli Guy was founded in 2024 because someone had to step in and save the cannoli from sad, pre-filled dessert tables. We specialize in fresh, made-to-order cannoli filled live at your event with crispy shells, rich cannoli cream, and toppings your guests can’t stop watching (or eating). It’s part dessert, part show, and 100% crowd-pleaser. We bring big Italian energy and real cannoli, done the right way 🤌
What really sets us apart? We bring dessert to the party. Forget waiting in line at a dessert table or leaving the dance floor. We come to you. As we fill each cannoli fresh on the spot, guests spot the tray making its way through the crowd and can’t wait to grab one. The shells stay perfectly crisp, the cream is piped fresh, and before long everyone is asking, “Wait… where did you get that?!” It’s interactive, unexpected, and keeps the celebration going while serving some of the freshest cannoli your guests have ever had. Dessert isn’t the end of the party. It’s one of the highlights.

Absolutely unforgettable experience!
We had That Cannoli Guy for my wife’s birthday, and it was a huge hit. The cannoli tray was such a fun and unique touch, with him walking around gifting cannolis to guests and making the party feel elevated and special. The cannolis were delicious and everyone loved it. It quickly became one of the highlights of the night. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again.

Had That Cannoli Guy come out for a Friendsgiving at my place. Easy, smooth setup and great energy. When Anthony walked out, I’ve never seen so many phones come out at once. The cannoli were legit. People were raving about them all night and going back for more. Simple, fun, and a solid addition to the party. Would definitely book again.

Such a fun surprise
That Cannoli Guy was seriously one of the best parts of our holiday party. The service was great and super fun. Anthony, aka “Tony Cannoli,” was the life of the party. When he came out right in the middle of the dance floor, everyone got so excited and crowded around. It totally brought the energy up. The cannoli were delicious, but honestly the experience is what really made it special. People were talking about it all night. Such a fun, unique touch. I would absolutely book again.

Listen Anthony brings an experience beyond just serving you and your guests some of the best cannolis you’ll ever have, his kindness and energy brings up the vibe of the entire event up dramatically. I met him while at The Shanty in St. Augustine and he truly was an integral part of the whole event. Truly recommend hiring him for any event, wedding or birthday party if you have the ability. Will be worth every dollar and both you and your guests will love every second of him being there!
