The Basement Bakery
I am a home baker who specialized in decorated sugar cookies, cakes, and small desserts. I would love to help make your special day magical! I work a full time job and bake on the side with a dream of one day being able to open my own bakery!
What sets me apart from other bakers is my specialized decorated sugar cookies avaible in multiple flavors, colors and designs perfect to make your special day stand out! I have around 15 different flavors of cake perfect to be able to customize your wedding cake however you want it! I love to work with couples within their budgets to make their days special but within what is comfortable for them.

The best!!
We were on the fence of wanting to do a cake cutting and so glad we did! I gave Rachel a general idea of our colors and themes and she made the most stunning and amazing cake for us. The design and taste was amazing. I cant recommend enough. She’s also so incredibly sweet and thorough to work with!!

Exactly what we requested!
Amazing cupcakes! We used them for our wedding and requested three different cupcake flavors and one of them was a style they did not normally do. They smashed it! It was amazing and the way it was presented was great too! They also were very accommodating with the last minute changes and pickup! Definitely worth every dollar spent! The cupcakes went so fast! I'm glad someone in my family hid a couple for me!

Amazing Cake
Rachel was incredible to work with throughout the whole process. She made everything so easy for us and we couldn't be happier with how our wedding cake turned out! We went with her strawberry poptart and s'mores flavors and both were a huge hit. I sent her photos of my wedding bouquet and she truly brought it to life on the cake. I will absolutely look for any opportunity to purchase more cakes from her in the future!!

Delicious, beautiful cupcakes and quality service
Rachel made us feel heard and supported throughout the entire planning process. She went above and beyond by working with us to accommodate vegan guests, and decorate the cupcakes exactly how we wanted. The quality of work was amazing, and the cupcakes were absolutely delicious. Honestly the best option by far compared to other bakeries we considered. She handled every request with such kindness and professionalism. We couldn't have asked for better desserts to celebrate with our loved ones, and the flavor options were to die for. Highly recommend The Basement Bakery to anyone looking for a bakery that won’t charge you an arm and a leg but will still give you gourmet desserts!!
