Chef Junction

We had Chef Juan cater our wedding and he was seriously amazing. He really listened to what we wanted and nailed it with our request for Chinese-French fusion. The food was so good; I still can’t stop thinking about the Coq au Vin with shumai, and those macarons were perfect. Everything tasted incredible and our guests wouldn’t stop talking about how delicious it all was. He even made us his signature Puerto Rican coffee at the end of the night and it was straight-up insane. Best coffee I’ve ever had, hands down. So rich and flavorful Chef Juan and his team were super easy to work with from start to finish and clearly put his heart into it. If you’re looking for a chef who actually cares and delivers amazing food, book him. You won’t regret it!

We used Chef Juan’s services for our son’s wedding last week and the guests were so pleased with everything he and his staff provided. The appetizers, salad, and main course were sooo good! Chef Juan takes his time to talk through all the details and gets to know the bride and groom to make sure everything goes smoothly the day of the event. Definitely recommend!

Chef junction provided us with excellent service! From the moment of booking him as our wedding caterer to the end of the event everything went smoothly. I changed the menu 3 times before finalizing it and he was flexible to make it happen. The chicken was so tender and the mashed potatoes, asparagus, and yuzu carrots were the perfect fit for us we had to have seconds! The wait staff tended so well to us and made the event run smoothly especially since we had no official MC or wedding/ day of coordinator. I definitely recommend booking him and giving him full details of what food you dream of having at your event so his team can make it come true! I love that he runs on a bespoke structure because it really helps make it unique and special.

Chef Junction delivered an exceptional culinary experience from start to finish at the St. Mary’s Deans Circle event I attended with my family. The bacon-wrapped goat cheese dates and crispy pork belly were freaking amazing and all the dishes were thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious. The desserts were just as memorable, and the Limoncello tiramisu was a huge hit. The food, presentation, and overall experience were outstanding, and I would highly recommend Chef Junction for any event.
