Business Manager

We are a custom caterer run by Brendon Flood who is the head chef and owner/operator of Denver Mixers and Morsels. Chef Brendon has been in the culinary industry for over twenty years and has run many popular Denver restaurants. At Mixers and Morsels, we specialize in customized menus for any occasion based on quality locally sourced ingredients. ​ Our custom menus our developed by working with you to understand your event, budget, and desired food style We're always excited to create a customized menu that delivers indulgent flavors for your special day.

We're well versed in cooking with a wide variety of food styles and producing services to fit any venue. We create delicious dishes that can cater to any dietary restrictions including gluten-free, nut, vegetarian and vegan considerations that don't appear like an afterthought.

    Everyone Loved the food!

    Everyone Loved the food! We experienced a wonderful Mediterranean menu. The team made it easy to plan from start to finish. The food arrived on time, fresh and with generous portions. Everyone at the event commented on how good the food was. I would highly recommend letting Mixers and Morsels cater your event.

    Highly recommended

    Catering was delicious, flavorful and perfect. We had picky adults and children, but everyone loved the food. Mixers and Morsels set up the food beautifully and it was effortless on my end. I highly recommended them for any occasion.

    We had an amazing experience with working with this team. Everyone communicated well and was upfront about pricing. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was special. The food was amazing and perfect for our wedding. All of our guests raved about the food. Brendon is an excellent chef and even though we served Mexican cuisine, there was still a unique twist to it. We would recommend Mixers and Morsels to everyone!

    Absolutely perfect! Would recommend to anyone looking to cater an event, large or small. We had 185 people for a wedding and these guys kicked ass. Very professional, on time, organized, and the food was outstanding. Every guest has mentioned how amazing the food was at our wedding! Do not skip on the apps! They were a fan favorite! If anyone is thinking of using these guys and is hesitant, feel free to reach out and I will give the full review. Thank you guys!

    This was my second event with Mixers & Morsels, and once again, they were absolutely fantastic! They make the entire process so easy from start to finish. They created an amazing menu that all of my friends loved, were incredibly easy to communicate with, and showed up right on time and completely prepared. The team was professional, engaging, and so friendly with all of our guests—and the food was absolutely delicious! I can’t recommend Mixers & Morsels enough. They take the stress out of hosting and make it easy to actually enjoy your own event. I’m already looking forward to working with them again!
