Business Manager

We are a custom caterer run by Brendon Flood who is the head chef and owner/operator of Denver Mixers and Morsels. Chef Brendon has been in the culinary industry for over twenty years and has run many popular Denver restaurants. At Mixers and Morsels, we specialize in customized menus for any occasion based on quality locally sourced ingredients. ​ Our custom menus our developed by working with you to understand your event, budget, and desired food style We're always excited to create a customized menu that delivers indulgent flavors for your special day.

We're well versed in cooking with a wide variety of food styles and producing services to fit any venue. We create delicious dishes that can cater to any dietary restrictions including gluten-free, nut, vegetarian and vegan considerations that don't appear like an afterthought.

    Everyone Loved the food!

    Everyone Loved the food! We experienced a wonderful Mediterranean menu. The team made it easy to plan from start to finish. The food arrived on time, fresh and with generous portions. Everyone at the event commented on how good the food was. I would highly recommend letting Mixers and Morsels cater your event.

    Highly recommended

    Catering was delicious, flavorful and perfect. We had picky adults and children, but everyone loved the food. Mixers and Morsels set up the food beautifully and it was effortless on my end. I highly recommended them for any occasion.

    Thank you so much for the fabulous buffet at our company party last week! Mixers and Morsels were so professional. Everything was beautifully presented and delicious! They went above and beyond to accomodate some dietary restrictions and provided a beautiful menu in our budget. I look forward to the next event.

    I hired Denver Mixers & Morsels to cater a party in the city at the ESP Vinyl Lounge. They did a great job of listening to our desires for the party and offered an amazing selection so that we could get just the right combination of choices for a stand-up cocktail party. They hit a home run. They were prompt, clean and the food that was delivered was perfect. The hot offerings tasted very fresh and our guests commented on the unique and delicious menu. I cannot thank Brendon and Rachel enough for making our big celebration a complete success!
