This company was fantastic in every aspect for my wedding. I cannot thank Steven, Savanah, and Jason enough for the help they put into making my day perfect. Not only did they provide catering, bar service, and decor for such a cheap price, but they helped SO much with coordination and execution. Savanah had told me that they would be there to help the day of, but I had no idea the immense amount of assistance they would provide. I would recommend this company to everyone!!! The food was amazing as well. So happy with this company!

Great Company

We chose Embelished on a recommendation of someone who had used them, and other reviews. We had no idea how great they would be. I had been in the catering business in the Midwest for over 25 years, and Embelished exceeded our expectations in every way. Phone conversation were great, and follow ups returned promptly. While my daughter and fiancé were the only ones at the tasting, they came back thrilled. Wedding day, the team showed up right on time, set up outdoor chairs and began doing place settings. They worked with serving walk around plates of hors d’oeuvres, plus a charcuterie board during family photos. The meal of beef tenderloin and lemon chicken were fantastic. They supplied EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. The staff was friendly, helpful and left the kitchen used cleaner than when they arrived. I highly recommend Embelished.

Our experience with Embellished Catering was unfortunately very disappointing, particularly when it came to communication and accounting. Embellished Catering catered our wedding at the Tampa River Center. I had paid our total catering invoice in full seven months before our wedding, so I was especially shocked when just THREE days before our wedding, we were contacted and told that we needed to pay an additional 15% charge of $551.87 or they would not cater our wedding. With our wedding only days away, this put us in an extremely stressful position, and I had to repeatedly plead with them to ensure they would still provide our catering services. I contacted the Tampa River Center regarding the charge and was informed that the information we had been given by Embellished Catering was incorrect and that the charge was an obligation of the catering company, not something we were individually responsible for. Unfortunately, several months after our wedding, we are still being contacted regarding invoice issues, including charges related to alcohol that was provided for our event. We have once again been given conflicting information, which has made an already frustrating situation even more disappointing. Our wedding day itself should have been a happy and memorable experience, but the billing and accounting issues surrounding our catering have left a very negative impression. I strongly encourage Embellished Catering, especially their accounting department, to improve their communication, accuracy, and handling of client invoices. Couples should not have to deal with unexpected charges and conflicting information days before their wedding or months afterward.
