    From the moment we first contacted Garcia's Paella Catering Corp, their communication was amazing, thorough, and animated. They were incredibly organized, charismatic, and attentive throughout the entire planning process. On the day of our wedding, their team executed flawlessly, serving our guests with the utmost respect.     Excellent Food and Service!

    Garcia’s Paella Catering truly exceeded our expectations! Everything went off without a hitch and came out even better than we imagined. All of our guests raved about the appetizers and the main course as one of the best wedding meals they have experienced, and wow, did everything taste phenomenal. Hasley, Isa and the team took the time to make our day perfect, craft the best menu, and treated us like family. We are so glad we chose a stellar team to be a part of our day.

    The service and attention from the initial contact to the selection of dishes to the actual execution by the Garcia’s Paella team was exceptional in every way: courtesy, knowledge of menu and suggestions, professionalism, and care. The labor and attention from them were perfect for our celebration and the seafood paella and charcuterie presentation and freshness and taste were truly excellent. It is seldom found nowadays that the attention to detail in setting up and making our event a true success and the team at Garcia Paella were truly impressive in doing it so well. Thank you!

Yes, we charge a standard fee for delivery within 8 miles. Additional fees may apply to deliveries to other boroughs.
Yes, our event minimum is $1300 for all weddings.
Yes, we offer tastings for you and a guest for a small fee. If you sign a contract with us beforehand, we can waive this fee.
We recommend meeting 2 more times after your tasting. One meeting will focus on finalizing menus and headcount. One to go over final venue and wedding logistics.
We are full service. We will take you on a walk-through of available rentals and work with you to find options within your budget.
For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 10 months in advance.
We serve all South Florida.
We can provide individual meals and customize fully vegetarian or vegan menus.
For a small per person fee, we can cut and serve your wedding cake to your guests.
