With our **food truck service, food is prepared to order as guests order it, so there normally are no leftovers at the end of service**. Our option for packaging and retaining leftover food applies to **buffet-style catering**, where food has been prepared in advance for the contracted guest count and there may be food remaining after service. I’m not certain what happened or how this was communicated in your particular case, but clearly there was some confusion, and for that we apologize. Bringing the Greek and Mexican sides of your families together through the menu was such a fun part of planning this wedding. From the kokkinisto and paidakia to the barbacoa and everything in between, we wanted the food to feel authentic to both families while still making sure your daughter’s gluten- and dairy-free needs were carefully accommodated.
