We had John Serock catering for our wedding this October at Brandywine Manor House - they were the absolute perfect choice. All the courses were phenomenal and we got rave reviews from all of our guests. The entrees were cooked to perfection. I cannot say enough good things about Rachael who coordinated everything day of - she made the day run so seamlessly we never had to worry about a thing and just got to sit back and enjoy the day. I would recommend them again and again!!

incredible food
The food was incredible! We had John Serock Catering as the catering and service team for our wedding, and they were amazing. Our wedding had about 160 people, and everyone raved about the food. The hors d’oeuvres were incredible, and the three dinner choices were amazing. We went with the short ribs, stuffed chicken, and butternut squash lasagna, and all three did not disappoint. We worked with Sarah throughout our wedding planning process, and she is the absolute best. Everything was on time and cooked to perfection. From our first food tasting to the wedding day, she was there taking care of it all. She helped us with so many of the millions of decisions you need to make for a wedding without hesitation. Thank you, Sarah and team!!!! I would recommend Serock as the caterer for your wedding or special event!!!

The best decision
We worked with Steven at Serock and he was amazing. He's organized, a great listener, and he made the planning process genuinely fun. He knows the industry inside out, so he had great relationships with our other vendors and could tell us what would work best at our venue. On the day of, he and the Serock team were professional and everything ran smoothly. We got so many compliments on the food and service, and I still say their eggplant parm is one of the best I've ever had. I would choose them a million times over!

From start to finish, John Serock Catering made planning our wedding day so easy. They responded to our questions quickly and always knew exactly what we needed, especially when it came to handling dietary restrictions for our guests. The food was delicious—honestly, our guests haven't stopped talking about it weeks after the wedding. Their staff moved through the reception like a well-oiled machine, taking care of every detail so we could just enjoy the night. We chose John Serock Catering for our wedding after they came highly recommended by our venue, and we truly could not have been happier with that decision. From our very first phone call, to the tasting, final planning meeting, and ultimately our wedding day, every member of the John Serock team was incredibly kind, professional, responsive, and detail-oriented. They made the entire catering process seamless and stress-free, and we always felt confident that we were in great hands. My husband and I decided to add the cocktail hour chip & dip station, mini dessert bar, and late-night pretzel bar, and they were absolute hits! Our guests are still talking about them. We received countless compliments not only on these fun additions, but also on the delicious entrees and passed hors d'oeuvres. Everything was beautifully presented and exceeded our expectations. The team also went above and beyond by providing specialty mixers and garnishes for our signature cocktails, which added such a thoughtful and personalized touch to our cocktail hour & reception. On our wedding day, the entire staff was friendly, attentive, and incredibly efficient. Their professionalism allowed us to relax and fully enjoy every moment, knowing everything was being handled flawlessly behind the scenes. A special shoutout to Sarah C (our day-of coordinator) who was absolutely amazing. Her organization, communication, and calming presence helped make our day run perfectly from start to finish.
