Ashley, This is Chef Alexander, the Owner and I apologize for the communication issues. I have been working with Gina to make the process a little more automated as we are getting inundated with Catering Requests and this is our best year ever. Everything online in the website, in a Flip to Read Presentation, and a Downloadable Presentation to make sure we kind of overload our prospective clients with information so Gina can focus on the one to one personalization process with Brides like yourself. But again, we are getting so much requests we try our best to respond to everyone in a timely fashion, but if your not pleased, again, my apologies. But honestly, I did not even remember that we had Zola for Vendors as everything we do is Word of Mouth and Referrals for great events we have done, so I think a One Star Rating for not getting back to you is kind of tough, just in the proposal stage, which we get 100 proposal requests and free tastings, and then we get Ghosted 75% of the time and not even real world of actually pulling off a Successful Wedding Catering. But we try to do what we say we do and in fact, I did not even know that one Oct. 13, 2026, inside Zola and just under your One Star Rating, was a Five (5) Star Rating from a Bride that we just did her Wedding and you can see the Review and all the wonderful comments she made on how we made her special day the best ever. This was real world from the Bride on what Great Service we provided, wonderful Catered food that I prepared and the Experience. That is who we are and what we do in the Lake Norman Region of Charlotte, NC. I did go online Catering platform and spoke with Gina and she gave me the details and here they are below. But no matter what is show below, we will try to communicate better to each and every person who requests a Quote, then a Tasting that we always provided for free, and try to help each and every person out as best as we can. But mid 2026, our team decided not to overcommit, and not book more than One Wedding a night and reduced from doing 2 to 3 weddings a night. Just good business so we can focus on the Client BEST NIGHT EVER and we do not have to do tons of Catering anymore, be more selective and just take care of our booked clients!
