Really enjoyed communicating with Adam and he seemed to genuinely care about us. But, he was what we could afford and definitely lacks a wedding professional staff so that was evident to guests when we ran out of food for 100 people, bartenders were extremely strict on ID's when I said there were only 2 children under 21 but every time they got ID'd the entire night. The food was okay, and none of my guests saw or ate the planned late night snacks. Our car was supposed to be packed with a food tray but it seems like we just got a few dry pieces of bread and meat because they ran out of everything else. Wished I could be giving a better review but was slightly disappointed in the overall outcome and wished he had just better prepared with a more experienced staff and more help. It was only a wedding of 100 so I felt like that was a manageable size. Nobody got cake either.
