Meatchee’se Boards is a luxury, appetizer catering service that successfully provides hundred’s of businesses, bride’s and local communities with beautifully curated spreads, private and virtual workshops, and gifts that can be enjoyed in any setting, big or small. Our mission is to provide an elevated, personalized catering experience by offering you and your guests edible art that is high in quality, beautiful, and delicious, every time. At MeatChee's Boards, we believe good food and quality ingredients should be available to everyone. We began our journey in August of 2020.

During this time, we’ve seen plenty of changes in the way people approach food - and we couldn’t be more excited to make gathering safe and enjoyable for our community. What a better way to celebrate love and community than with beautifully curated art you can eat! From our one of a kind, to-go boxes, boards, or lavish grazing tables, you have plenty to choose from with flavors anyone on your guest list will enjoy and talk about, for weeks to come!     Stress Free, and Beautiful

    Meatchee'se Boards was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very first interaction, they were attentive to every detail and clearly cared deeply about ensuring our experience was exceptional. Their communication was outstanding. They were always timely and kept us informed throughout the planning process. On the day of the wedding, their work was absolutely stunning. The charcuterie and cheese boards they created were not only visually impressive, but the quality of the ingredients and presentation exceeded our expectations. I didn't get to see the board in person since I was taking photos, but she took an extra detail in offering us a personal board so we could enjoy without missing out on the experience. Our guests were raving about the delicious food and beautiful display, and the photos our photographer showed us with the spread were incredible. Michelle truly went above and beyond to make our special day even more memorable. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

    I had Michelle design and put together a charcuterie table for our cocktail hour during my 70th birthday celebration. To say she nailed my thoughts and dreams for this aperitivo time would be an understatement. She was in communication with me from the start and I gave her my thoughts for a cocktail time - all themed Italian with dinner under the stars. The boards were designed beautifully with my mozzarella and pesto, fennel salami and my favorite cheeses all artfully placed just as I described to her. My guests were fawning over the table for one and a half hours and by the time I went to nibble almost all the goodies were gone! They could not get enough of the delicious morsels she arranged. This was such an important milestone celebration and it would not have been complete without Michelle's artful addition. She so truly cares about her clients and is a lovely person to work with. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Michelle!

    Michelle's charcuterie boards never disappoint. The spreads are always delicious, beautifully put together, and take so much stress out of hosting. We do! and We charge a standard fee of $1.00/Mile for delivery within 35 miles of area code 92508 in riverside. Additional fees may apply to deliveries to counties outside of Riverside, San Bernardino or Orange County,
Yes, our event minimum is $500 for guest lists beginning at 25 guests or more.
For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 6 months in advance. You may reach out directly via email for availability if your event falls within 2-4 months. As for board orders, we simply require a 48 hour notice to determine availability and prepare your order.
We service all of Riverside County, along with San Bernardino, and Orange County, with additional travel for areas in Los Angeles County and Palm Springs.
Absolutely! We offer selections that cater to many dietary restrictions. We offer Vegan, vegetarian options, as well as gluten- free, and nut-free options.
You may place your order online via our website in the "Order Now" tab for our traditional charcuterie board selections, and reach out for more information on events, and grazing tables via our form found in the "Events" tab on our website Meatcheeseboards.com
Meatchee'se Boards is not typically responsible for clean-up post event. We coordinate to come back after the event is over to retrieve equipment, but food disposal is the responsibility of the client. You may opt for clean up services for an additional fee. If opting for clean up services, we will ensure all food waste and items are completely cleared from the table after the event.
