Amy Tidwell is an artist who specializes in custom cookie decorating. Before opening PaisLee’s Sweet Treats she perfected her baking and piping techniques. This solidified her skill sets and fed her passion for eventually creating a business of her own.

I like other cookiers are all very talented and passionate about our cookies! What sets me apart I believe is my attention to detail and perfection. I love seeing the smiles on my clients faces when they receive there cookies!
