Guests still loved the food a year later
We absolutely loved having Ralph's Catering for our wedding. Ralph and his coordinator, Jennifer, were so sweet and amazing from day one. Jennifer was immediately like a friend and Ralph was so clearly passionate about his work. He radiated a love of cooking for others, and his passion and joy repeatedly made me smile. Working with him was like visiting the uncle who absolutely loves to cook for his friends and family. Needless to say the food was delicious, and our guests agreed. I even remember Ralph preparing a plate of appetizers for us while we took some photos during the cocktail reception. It was a great surprise when he brought it over. For dinner, we chose the buffet with churrasco, salmon, tortellini, and roasted vegetables serving 160 guests. Our appetizers included bacon wrapped dates, tostones with ropa vieja, crostini, and chicken satay. A year later our guests still talk about how great the food was.

We hired Ralph’s for our wedding, and they exceeded every expectation. Everyone kept complimenting how amazing the food was, it truly did not taste like typical “wedding food.” Every dish tasted like it came straight from a high-end restaurant. The staff were also incredible. They were professional, attentive, and so kind throughout the entire event. Their service helped make our day feel seamless and elevated.We are so grateful for their work and highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding food and exceptional service on their wedding day!
