Our chefs stay true to the philosophy of using the freshest ingredients available from the local harvest, resulting in better tasting and better-for-you food that benefits the environment and the local economy. We source many of our ingredients from within the community from local farms and producers, many of which are located right down the road from our kitchen in Monroe. When working with a wide range of people in the food/wine/event industry, with multiple local farmers, a passionate team of Terra Tovela staff, and beautiful authentic venues, Heaven is able to create something uniquely magical for every event.

Our mission is to provide delicious opportunities to enjoy real, local, from-scratch food around the table with loved ones, paired with warm, authentic hospitality, while impacting our local economy, community and the environment at large. Our vision is to serve the region with purpose and passion for food and service. To merge the farms and producers of our region with our beloved community. To bring people around the table to share real food and unforgettable experiences. To use our business as a vessel to improve our community and meet its needs. To help make hunger and homelessness unthinkable.

Great from tasting to clean up
We had Terra Tovela Catering handle our wedding and couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out. Heaven and her team were incredibly receptive to our ideas and worked with us to bring our unusual theme to life, even helping us find the perfect rentals to match our vision. Their communication through email made planning stress-free, and they showed genuine respect for us, our guests, and our venue throughout the entire process. The food was delicious with generous portions, and their professional staff executed every detail flawlessly on the day of. What really stood out was how collaborative they were—they didn't just cater our event, they became part of making our day special. We'd absolutely recommend Terra Tovela to any couple looking for a caterer who truly cares about their wedding.

Best catered food i have ever had. 5 star meals. They accommodated every dish for my gluten and grain free need. Heaven and her team are just special, gracious and amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Hands down the best service, most delicious food and all locally sourced ingredients.

Working with Terra Tovela was wonderful! Communication beforehand was smooth and their team was so on top of everything and kind the day of the event, and of course the food was great! Everyone at our event loved the menu and every bite.

I wish I could give them 10 stars! Heaven and the Terra Tovela team were absolutely amazing to work with! We hired Terra Tovela to cater our wedding last month & we could not have been happier. Not only was the food INCREDIBLE, but Heaven & her staff went above and beyond to make sure things ran smoothly for us, no matter what. We fell in love with Terra Tovela after we did a tasting. Not only day of the event, but all throughout the planning process, they were there to answer any questions, offer advice & walk me through anything that was overwhelming me. Our guests can't stop complimenting the food we served & it's all thanks for Terra Tovela!
