Our family has been the culinary force behind exceptional events in Central Ohio for three generations. Maria and Tony Susi opened the Berwick in 1955 with the dream of bringing families and friends together to celebrate special occasions with delicious fresh-cooked food. That passion for food and service has now been passed on to the younger Susi generations and we all take great pride in carrying on Maria and Tony’s legacy.

Catering and Events are opportunities for us to work more closely with our guests, occasions for us to share our dedication to celebration in exciting new ways. Quality is at the heart of our business. We believe that all food should be delicious, and we use high quality ingredients to give our food unparalleled taste that guests are sure to remember. Homemade Italian goodness is what we specialize in, but our menus offer selections far beyond just Italian. We enjoy creating custom menus, from imaginative to ethnic.

    The All-Around Best Catering Company!

    We truly cannot recommend The Berwick enough! We booked them for our wedding and we could not be more grateful that we did! From the very beginning of the planning process, their communication was excellent. They were responsive, organized, and always willing to answer questions, which made us feel so confident in our decision to work with them. Because we were getting married on a private property rather than at a traditional wedding venue, we especially appreciated Orlando, one of the owners, and Avery, their coordinator, taking the time to come out for a site visit. They made sure they understood the property, the logistics, and exactly what would be needed to make everything run smoothly. They handled so much for our wedding, including bartending, cocktail hour with both a beautiful stationary fruit table and passed hors d’oeuvres, and dinner for the reception. Everything was absolutely delicious. We had so many guests rave about the food, with people telling us it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding! The entire staff on the wedding day was incredible. Everyone was so kind, personable, professional, and genuinely helpful. From setup before the event, throughout the entire reception, and even through cleanup at the end of the night, they consistently went above and beyond. Our day-of lead was extremely communicative and helpful, which gave us so much peace of mind, and the bartenders were incredibly friendly and fun. They truly helped contribute to the amazing atmosphere and energy of the evening. The food, service, communication, and attention to detail were all outstanding. We are so grateful for everything The Berwick did to make our wedding day such a wonderful experience, and we would recommend them to anyone looking for an incredible catering and bartending team!

    The Best!

    The Berwick Banquet & Catering was an exceptional choice for our wedding catering. My sister booked with them for her wedding a few years ago and it was so great I decided to use them for mine!! Their team was prompt, kind, and incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process. They really think of everything! On the day of our event, they were extremely attentive and thorough, ensuring that everything ran smoothly so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The quality of their work was truly professional and exceptional - the food was delicious and their bartenders were wonderful as well. Our guests raved about the food and buffet!

    Great food and service

    The Berwick was lovely as our wedding caterer! Everyone loved the meal! We especially appreciated the kids buffet option for the many little ones. We also loved working with the Suzi family; they offered to fill our homemade canoli so it wouldn’t be soggy for our guests and they helped put up centerpieces!
