Founded in 2008, Utah Celebrations has become one of the most well-known caterers in the state by catering more than 2000 weddings & corporate events and serving over 500,000 people. Unlike most caterers, our pricing and menus are posted online, and we will never charge you a hidden service fee. We promise not to book more than 2-3 events a day to guarantee that we can give you our best attention and service. Let our highly experienced staff help you create an extraordinary event with unprecedented service and 5-star food that will leave your guests talking about your event for years to come.

We value full transparency, so you will never have hidden fees. Your accurate total will be listed on your catering proposal, and your proposal is created free of charge. We give you control over your gratuity to servers, rather than charging an automatic percentage. Your tips go directly to your servers at the event, our other staff do not get a cut unless they are full servers so you know it's actually going to those you intended. Our coordinators' main goal is to give you the information to see if we are your best fit, and letting you make that decision. Your happiness is our priority.

We promise to never cater more than a few events a day so that we can guarantee our best staff is always fully focused on your event. Because of the high demands for our company's services, and our commitment to not overbook ourselves our minimum is $1,200.00 before taxes.
We are full service and plasticware is included in the base price. You may choose to upgrade your event with china rentals. We will walk you through the available rentals and work with you to find options within your budget.
It is always wise to reserve as soon as possible. We are flexible if you need to change your date to another available day, and you won't run the risk of getting turned down. If the date is available, we are often able to cater an event with little notice and cater multiple events in one day, you will want to secure your day as soon as you are able.
Utah Celebrations Catering serves Salt Lake City, Provo, Ogden, Logan, Park City, St. George and surrounding areas. We are based in the Provo area and travel all over Utah County and Salt Lake County. Events located 1.5 hours travel or farther from our facility will be subject to a travel fee.
We can provide individual meals for most dietary choices and restrictions. Speak to your event coordinator to discuss needs and options to go with any menu.
For a small fee, we can cut and serve your wedding cake to your guests.
To reserve your date you will need to provide an estimated non-refundable down payment of 40% and a signed contract. We cannot reserve a date until we have received payment. We accept cash, checks, and cards.
Your final menu and headcount are not required until 2 weeks prior to the day of the event, so you can still book without knowing for certain your guest count or what you want to serve. You will be able to enjoy the peace of mind and flexibility to make changes to your order as needed.
We pride ourselves in providing plenty of food for every event. Estimate as close to an accurate guest count as possible, and leave the rest to us. We always send home leftovers with you, so feel free to order a little extra if you are concerned. It is important to notify your event coordinator if you are concerned a certain item might be popular and go fast at your event.
The amount of food we provide is based on the headcount you give us. Guessing too low will risk running out. If you have fewer people come than what you paid for, we will send you home with the leftovers. In most cases even when you are a little over your number you will not run out of food, however, it is always better to estimate higher than lower and take some food home with you
Our full service is included in the price. One of the nicest things about working with Utah Celebrations is that you can go online, look at prices, and know what you are going to pay. Other than taxes, we do not hit you with hidden fees. Almost every company charges service fees to make their pricing look lower. We choose not to because we know it is very frustrating.
Apart from taxes, everything is structured in our prices online. There are options for upgrades you may discuss with your event coordinator. A travel fee will only apply if your event is very far from our facility, such as a destination wedding at a mountain cabin. We not cater events outside of Utah.
