We recently had the pleasure of working with Neil, the extraordinary caterer for VIP Catering who not only met but greatly exceeded our expectations for our wedding day. In the realm of Jewish weddings, the cuisine is often regarded as mundane, something most people accept without much excitement. However, my husband, who happens to work in Michelin starred restaurants, had a vision for something exceptional – a menu that celebrated seasonality and local sourcing. Despite the distance, (we live in NYC and our wedding was in South Florida), he made it a priority to meet with us during our pre-wedding visit to ensure that every detail aligned with our vision. On the wedding day itself, Neil personally went above and beyond, offering assistance to our overwhelmed wedding coordinator during the ceremony by helping the bridal party get in the correct order.
