    Best dance school on Oahu! Christian and his team went above and beyond to help us with our wedding dance. The dance lessons were always so much fun and helped us feel confident on our wedding day. Mahalo for helping us create such a special memory that we will cherish forever! 10/10 recommend

    Arthur Murray studio was the perfect last-minute addition to our wedding planning. We had decided to add a choreographed first dance 3 weeks before our wedding. As stressed as we were, Christian and the team helped us nail down our routine effortlessly within 5 sessions. We enjoyed each dance lesson and are looking into coming back for more.

    My wife and I enrolled in dance lessons for our first dance, and let me tell you, Arthur Murray was one of best investments for our wedding! Neither of us had really any dance experience prior to these lessons. Christian, Aniyah, and Grace really stand out as consummate professionals, and personable instructors!

    These guys are awesome! My husband and I took nine private dance lessons here to prepare us for our first dance at our wedding, and we had such a great time! The staff is so helpful and lovely, and we always had lots of fun (despite neither of us being natural dancers!). Christian and the staff were able to choreograph a dance for us that felt natural and fun and it really impressed our guests! It was splurge for us, but I can't recommend it enough if you're considering taking dance lessons for your upcoming wedding (or any dance classes in general!)

The best time to start is TODAY! Whether you have one week, or one year, we’ll work with your goals, schedule, and budget, to get you dance floor ready!
Whether you have a song ready to go or not, you’re ready to start learning to dance! You can always bring a few options to your first lesson or two so we can start learning the steps that fit your song best, and we’ll pick one no later than half-way through your program!
The cost depends upon a number of factors: how proficient you want to be for your first dance, how many other dances you want to learn, the number of days and weeks in your dance schedule, etc. Our introductory personal lesson costs $59, and will get you up and dancing right away. After that, your instructor will recommend the most suitable program to prepare you for your first dance, whether you’re a week away or a year away!
We are extremely aware that life tends to be busy for most people. We will be able to accommodate any schedule! Our studio is open Tuesday – Saturday, with personal lessons by appointment, and a variety of group class times for all schedules!
The studio is located on the 2nd floor of the King’s Court building in Chinatown. Please enter through the doors on King St., between Nu’uanu Ave. and Bethel St., then head up the stairs to our studio entrance! For parking, there are a few options: Street parking is according to posted meters and signage on all surrounding streets. There are a few nearby parking garages to include the Chinatown Gateway Parking Garage, Pickles at Forte (former Wal-mart parking garage), 888 Nu’uanu Ave Parking, and Mark’s Garage. We do not validate parking.
